I left the Buckeye and went to the Steelyard only to not be welcomed and staff was on the phone. The staff didn’t engage with as I was paying. I said thank you and the cashier didn’t respond. It seems as at both locations need to receive lessons in customer service

Horrible service no one came around to help out so I finally went over to one of the ladies asked for a shoe she went into the back for 25min I just left who knows if she ever came back

No customer service. I walked in and no one greeted me. I walked around for a few minutes and no one still asked if I needed help or greeted me. It was 4 people just standing around. So I took my business to Hibbet where they greeted me and helped picked out a fit and shoes to go with it.

I have never in my life been told that I can’t return a $100 pair of shoes the next day. I tried them on in the house for 10 minutes. They were too big. Never stepped outside in them. Stated they couldn’t be cleaned for retail. I took an alcohol wipe to the bottom and they were fine. Another location took them back no problem.

Light skinned black girl with blond braids is in need of customer service course, eyes rolling,bad looks and very disrespectful.ghetto to the fullest.feel bad for her co workers that they have to deal with that bad energy all day.will never shop from this location again!!
