We waited at this store since 10 am for a new Jordan 4 release the opening time was at 10 and they told us to wait until 10:30 then at 10:30 they told us to wait until 11 when we finally entered the store they told us they did not have the shoes although online it showed that they did. Also the employees were not helpful they were really disrespectful they did not want to help us when we asked them questions. Worst place to shop

No place is perfect but of all the dtlrs in the Cleveland area this is one the best, I been coming here for 15 years or longer. store manager was very helpful to me

Just walked out only seen two women neither greeted me or asked if I needed help lady was more concerned with the music which contained a lot of profanity. They let me walk around the whole store and said not one word. I'm actually standing by the door writing this complaint smh!

Called into store check see if Pacific item was in stock, The associate who answered the phone, I kid you not yelled at me three times and asked how could I help you in the most rudest way without me even trying to get my words out she hung up. Footlocker or finish line would never skip this location and go to the Tower City location. Staff is very friendly. Helpful won’t yell if you call into store ask for simple shoe check. Bring back 2012-2019 customer service

Horrible service did not want to go and get shoes. Which is there job! If you don't have good customer service why work with people the tall dark skin skinny guy told me he's off the clock in the middle of me getting my kids shoes. Neither him or the girl wearing beats headphones greeted me I will never be back here ! The one on ridge much better they need to close this one. You wouldn't think I was spending money !
