I was just at this location the pharmacy technician was extremely rude, she made me feel like i was bothering her because i didnt know which prescription i was there to have filled. I said good morning and she never looked up. Very bad customer service

If they tell you your prescription is ready, don't assume that it actually is. You still have to call and confirm that they didn't lie to you.Even if they do have your prescription ready, they won't give it to you unless a pharmacist is present, which isn't always the case.You might wonder "shouldn't a pharmacy always have a pharmacist present"? The answer to this question is yes, but not at this specific location. You might also wonder "isn't it dangerous to the health a customer to lie about the status of their prescription or their ability to pick it up"? The answer to this question is also yes, but that doesn't seem to matter to this location either.

Don't go there. They will literally cause your death! Terrible service. I have chronic COPD and they NEVER have my medicine for me. I've had to go to the emergency room 2 times because they are incompetent! Wish I could rate a 0
