This store seems to never be willing to open on time. Store locked at 9.30 am and the manager lady wouldn't let me in, instead just laughed at me. And I'm a daily shopper here. Tired of them just deciding they open when they want. Worthless ass store

Walk in on 9/3/24 on state rd. morning to pick up a few items. I ask one of the employee for help to find the items i need. NO HELP! She was very unprofessional she sent me down to different isles knowing the items wasnt there and walk away from me. When i tried to find her she was gone. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I decided to talk to the manager regarding this matter. She showed nothing regarding my situation. Customer service here they have none. Walgreens paying their employees to be rude to customers.

The rudest and most self entitles sales associate I've ever experienced. I receive my paycheck on a brinks card because I've been robbed and hacked before. It has been very trying experience to clean my credit up after this identity theft. So because of that situation and just trying to save money both me and my husband often get cash back. For some reason this seems to piss of your sales associate and cause her to be unbelievable rude. Everytime we are in there we make sure we aren't holding up a line, allow others to go ahead of us and we are buying items of course. If this is such an inconvenience for cashiers don't offer the service. Perhaps better training is needed and inform the cashiers it's part of their job requirements, especially since the company makes money off this service. I wouldn't even bother with making a comment but this store has a such a problem with rudeness from getting cash back?? I'm so confused by this. I watch several people buying items, spending a decent amount of money, that I know I'm not taking the associates whole drawer or even causing them to have to get more change. This is everytime several times a week. Josealine needs more training.

It really sucks that theft has gotten so bad that you ho on yo look for something and walk out its like you stole something. I dropped my phone and my pen popped out and the cashier paid me such close attention asked me "You don't want what fell out of your wallet?" AS soon as I explained my phone fell and my pen popped out" she was already half gone because o wasn't stealing! Come on walgreens she didn't even greet me hello and yet she can make me feel like a their. You xan do better Walgreens! Teach the to greet their customers before they make them feel as if they stole something. Oh and by the way I was looking for Pentel Wber Gel pens which you fo not carry. I could not remember the name so I went to my car to grab the pen. Have a Great Day Walgreens employee.

Don’t waste your time here, I just watched them yell at an old man who needed help finding something. And then I had called the pharmacy to ask a question and they put me on hold 3 times and then when they finally picked up they just kept saying hello before I could get a word in and then just hung up. Absolutely disgusting

I came here to get my covid booster. Scheduling online was easy. They have the Pfizer vaccines (which I have been getting over the years). The pharmacist was very nice. Wait was a little bit long but not too bad. They did ask for my insurance cards although the vaccine itself should be free anyway. They did provide a formal proof of vaccination afterwards.

We went there to get our wedding pictures developed. Nancy was the ruddiest person ever! She didn’t want to help us and walked way while we are talking to her!!! Denise was a sweetheart and great help!! Please give Nancy training in better customer service.

Went to Walgreens on state rd I had to ring for employee to open product and he had such an attitude and gave me such a stink eye like I was bothering him I won’t return there if I could help it. Come on Walgreens teach customer service it’s not hard.

This store has an extremely disrespectful employee named Denise. She was so rude and unprofessional when I was there to make a return. I didn’t even ask for a manager all I said was I don’t get how I can’t return something within 30 days and receipt states satisfaction guaranteed or you can return the items. She could have respectfully explained it to me and I would have understood. What she did was toss my item and pick up phone to call store manager to come up front and walked away. The store manager Catelyn wasn’t any better. She too was unprofessional and disrespectful. I don’t live but work in this area and I’ll never go to this Walgreens again. Avoid if possible.
