This is the worst Walgreens I have ever seen. I don't know how they stay open with all the drugs and dope heads coming in and stealing everything. I was in there one day and three people came out with a handful of stuff and I don't blame the workers cause that's not their property I'm not going to put my life on the line for things that are worth it. They should close this place down or put a police officer.

Rude pharmacist for some reason she had an attitude as if I did something wrong . I would not recommend this pharmacy, I'll stick to CVS.

Drive thru pharmacy went really quickly. Pharmacist was very knowledgeable about what she was doing. Very satisfied at this Walgreens.

I can’t believe the experience I had with the pharmacist in an emergency situation. I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life.
I’m giving two stars because the pharmacy tech was helpful and spoke to me with dignity, but as soon as the pharmacist asked what drug it was, I was treated as subhuman.
I will never go to a Walgreens again. If you must, avoid this one if you are in a vulnerable class.

Great store 👍. I'm there at least twice a week and I've never failed to find what I'm looking for and sometimes there's a Walgreens brand alternative to the national Brand which saves me money which is great.

It's a Walgreens on Lorain ave in Cleveland, so expecting it to be anything other than bootleg feels foolish. Had an appointment for a shot this morning, so I checked in, they saw me sitting there for 15 minutes, but no one told me the appointment wasn't going to happen until I got up and asked about it. I guess none of the pharmacy staff showed up today, aside from the pharmacist. I get that's not their fault, but maybe put up a sign or something about appointments? Or at least say something when I'm sitting right in front of you? If you can go somewhere else, just do that. If not, keep those expectations ground level.

Yeah. this Walgreens is horrible. The staff at night is indifferent, unreliable and simple does not care about doing their jobs properly. They seem to not know anything and just do not want to be there. You have to wait 5 minutes for them to get to the register and good luck asking about any specific programs. Hopefully management steps in and does something because it being a 24-hour location makes it really convenient.

It doesn’t matter if this coupon was expired. You failed to take down the display and ALL of the coupons attached! Went back to the store a week later AND THE DISPLAY WITH THE SAME EXPIRED COUPONS IS STILL UP!!!

Now that the Walgreens that was in walking range has closed, I now have to take two buses to get there and back. It's not only the prescriptions, it's being able to purchase other things that may be needed on the way. We need our local brick and mortar stores.
