The Walmart itself I am not at all crazy about but the pharmacy is great. The workers are polite and do everything they can for you. The wait is completely reasonable.

On 6/24 I purchased the 'Walmart' family plan cellular phone and was told by Jorge the electronics sales associate that I had to go to the money center to get it activated and pay my first month's bill. So I wait in a long line while the Friday rush to cash paychecks shuffles through to find out that they have no idea why he would send me to them. As I wait for a manager to come assist I go ahead and cash my check to find out the drawer didn't have enough cash to pay me out. They rectified that and sent me back to electronics as there has now been a shift change and now have an employee that could set me up correctly with the phone (Shelton). Shelton was more than accommodating to my needs and apologized for his coworkers misguided direction. 7/11 I go back to get another phone for my daughter and sure enough the associate is Jorge. Jorge proceeds to tell me that I would have to come back tomorrow between 10-7 to speak with Shelton because he is the only one who knows how to activate these phones. Another associate, Erica, confirms that I'd have to come back tomorrow as well. I was flabbergasted. Instead of learning and excelling at his job he tells me that he still doesn't know how to activate phones. I happened to see that the two associates are the same as my first trip at the Money Center, so I talk to them about this round two of ignorance and they help me to call a manager. Sure enough they send Jorge up and he just keeps walking past me knowing that I'm the one who requested to see a manager. Christian and Aurielle tried their best to help me out but unable to leave what they are doing were limited to helping me out. I give a lot of credit to the few there that were trying to help me out and Walmart should be very thankful for Shelton's employment since he is the only one at Walmart that knows how to activate the Walmart plan phones. No real managers came at our call for help. This is outrageous that I have to come in on one employees scheduled day to get a Walmart service at Walmart. Unreal.
