I've been here before to grab a few quick items, plus they have a state liquor store. This was the first time I went for a full grocery trip and took my husband. The store was busy but they had plenty of workers including open cashier lanes. The selection was excellent especially the meat and produce departments. Prices were fair and it was a good experience. We will definitely be back for another shopping trip soon.

This place is great! I stop by here when working at Cleveland Clinic for sushi and fresh sandwiches. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Anytime I am in the neighborhood (or purposely) I love shopping and eating at this location! I like walking all through the store looking at the all of the things offered like a kid in awe wanting everything! The staff is friendly also!

I found everything I need. They had some things on sale but I'm not from the area and was not too sure if you needed a club card for the sale prices and I forgot to look at my receipt. They had a big selection of fresh produce, beers/wines, sodas and ice cream.

I am a big fan of supporting local businesses like Dave's, but this is probably not a place I will be returning to. The pros- Big parking lot, large selection of superior produce, diverse selection of other items as well, new, good layout, security guard, and a fantastic deli. The cons- seems more expensive than the other Dave's locations, heavy traffic area, and very poor customer service. My husband I were wrapping up near closing time. Some other customers were still in the isles, and the cashiers were loudly complaining about them and about us for standing in line before the store was closed right in front of us. Many of the employees were also in their phones even while helping customers and many failed to properly wear their face masks. This location also uses plastic bags and does not appear to be very sustainable.

I would not seek out Dave's to do everyday grocery shopping. You can get the same items for much cheaper at other surrounding full-service grocery stores. The location is great because the east side of Cle is lacking grocery stores, but it's still too expensive and nothing amazing. The check out lines are closely situated to the grocery aisle, so social distancing almost becomes non existent. Customers waiting in line and customers trying to get to the next aisle merge and make it a poor experience for everyone.

Been a customer for years and since they opened the new location they've sure passed the price of building it on to the customers. Products that used to cost $.99 at the old location now cost almost 2 dollars. Almost every item in the store has been marked up 1 to 2 dollars to pay for their construction costs. If you have no other choices then to shop here shop here but if you can go elsewhere. Their bakery is half the size of what it used to be. Update: 9/02/2020 Most customers take there masks off once in the store. Children running around with no masks. Staff wearing masks on their chin or without nose covered while ringing customers out and slicing products in the deli. This place is going to be plague central if it isn't already. I walked out without buying anything and I only stopped in for a loaf of bread. BEWARE!!!! AVOID!!!! THEY ARE NOT SERIOUS ABOUT COVID OR ANYONES SAFETY!!!!!
