Not generally one to bother with reviews but great places and people don't get enough praise! Cold dreary day today and both attendants provided service with a smile! Took extra care at rinse after I explained I had tree berries covering entire vehicle! While 2nd attendant was hand drying I again thanked them for being open todayHe smiled and explained he had a great job and they are well taken care of by the owners!! More than deserving of a great review!!

There is something with the human touch that I like. I also like that they pre spray and scrubbed ny bumpers.

I have been an unlimited member for over a year. I recently tried to contact the main office via a number of methods and I cannot get anyone to talk to me. I wanted to change my membership from my old car to my new one. No one will reach out so I have decided to put a hold on the next payment through my credit card and I am going to start going to the Cleveland CLEan car wash. They are actually a better wash and their vacuums are much better.

Best car wash around. Hand dry and hand Pre Soak. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to get their car washed. Check them out for sure!

Signed up for a month of car washes. What they didn't bother to mention is that they will set it up as a recurring monthly payment without bothering to disclose that fact to you.Update: Called and emailed several times to attempt to cancel. Never an answer, never a return call, never a return email. This place only pays lip service to customer service. Would give zero stars if I could. I hope the place around the corner puts you out of business.

Paid for a month of car washes. What they fail to tell you is that when you do this they set you up for recurring monthly charges. I have called and emailed several times to cancel with no answer and no response. Frustrating and damn near criminal. Stay away from this place and go to the car wash around the corner.

Great place for a sparkling clean car wash! Free vacuum (DIY). they have several packages for car wash and even have monthly packages too.Great power wash very clean.

On way to a funeral, car really needed washed and didn't think they would be open at 8a.m. guys were ready and car looked presentable. Thank you!
