We ordered LG appliances and they use RXO as their delivery and install partner. Horrible experience.
The two men did not wear shoe covers and said they didn't have any. Didn't use anything to lay out for their dirty shoes. Damaged our brand new house carpet. Made a ding in the wall and made some extra noticeable damage to the top moulding/ frame (is that what its called) of front door. The guys did the free installs (fridge, washer, dryer) and made massive excuses for the paid installs (stove, dishwasher, oven). They claimed there was no drain line for them to install the dishwasher, but there was. They claimed that we were supposed to shut off the gas and electric for them before they arrived (we never even got a call about their arrival times....just a text...that had no such information).
Once we did shut off the electric for them to at least install the wall oven they refused. They were going to leave to oven in the middle of the kitchen and I had to ask them to move it aside. One of the guys was trying to convince the other guy to do the install, and the other guy was just rushing to leave. It was just a bad situation, became confusing to everyone involved, and unprofessional.
I'm not sure why LG has this company do installs for them if they don't even know how to do it. I put in claims for the damages done and nothing for that. Now I requested a refund for the 3 paid installs that never happened.
We ended up asking our family friend to do it for us. My brother who is not at all experienced in appliances was able to install the dishwasher to the existing pipes(garbage disposal and all)....and surprise! It drains! The main guy in the 2 person install team never even bothered to venture out with me to turn off the gas for the stove from the outside. (Its a new house and they use the wrench needed shut offs on the gas meter...im new to this and the old house was from the 90s-early 2000). Such simple things (we paid extra for) and the main guy refused to do it...more like didn't know what to do.
I remember when we replaced stoves and dishwashers in the old house...they easily turned off the gas and electric and never made excuses not to do the job (lowes and best buy).
I now see why most people just order LG products with installation from lowes, homedepot, or best buy. If you're eligible for and like the discounts from LG's website, just hire someone else on the side to do the install if you can't or don't want to perform it yourself. We just got super lucky our friend knew how to do it and youtube videos existed to help my brother figure it out (although it took him well over 10 hours and our friend double checked his work lol).
I took the pictures after my brother decided to do the dishwasher himself and the stove pic is of when our friend started working on it. He actually had to go in and fix one side because the top was not evenly screwed in (whatever the right word for it is). He also went to get better threading for the pipe they put on to ensure gas wouldn't leak.
But yea this has been an experience. Install was expensive and it wasn't done! Be careful and document everything when you work with this company. Note that you should call LG to get the refund for install fees.
I'm putting up this review and will update once I see some kind of closure to the claims. This is my moment to Karen so you don't have to....but also so I can get my money back or the money to fix the extra presents that were left.

Excellent service from our drivers today! They were courteous, admitted to forgetting a part and were willing to go the extra mile to deliver it after hours. Thankfully that was not necessary as it was later found in one of the boxes :) Everything went nice and smoothly and I am very happy with my experience. Thank you Q & Company :)

The delivery process - even when we needed to reschedule due to illness -was so smooth, professional, flexible AND compassionate at all times. The set up team and delivery was wonderful. The team that set up our TV was very empathetic and had the expertise to make it a smooth transition to new technology for us. Highly recommend! Thank-you!

0 stars, terrible. i love ikea furniture and the only option was to get in home delivery service because the dresser weights 85lbs. the delivery people left a message at 11:40 saying they would only wait 15 more minutes, opened the door at 11:43 and they were literally gone. we called the driver and he was not sympathetic at all and yelled at us. contacted ikea customer service and they gave me a refund for everything which was great. i will still continue to purchase ikea furniture but will opt out of rxo delivery. this is terrible business, and im completely disappointed.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Hands down the worst customer service. I’ve had my delivery cancelled three times the morning of. They have had my item at their warehouse since December 5th. Avoid any company that uses them as their last mile delivery.

I bought a dishwasher from Sam's Club and they contracted with RXO for delivery and install. RXO set the delivery date, but said they wouldn't be able to provide a timeframe until the day before.
Once that day arrived, they texted to say my delivery window was 3p-7p. The next day, I got a call at 12:30p saying the delivery was on its way. Since the window was 3p-7p, I was working when the call came. I politely told them that since the delivery wasn't scheduled till 3p, I wouldn't be able to get home that quickly. We agreed on 2p as a compromise.
No one showed up until 3p. And I came to find out from the installers that RXO doesn't actually do any delivery or install. Fortunately the installers were professional and fast, and had the dishwasher done in 30 minutes.
So to recap, Sam's contracted RXO who subbed out the actual work. Their only job was to schedule, and they were off by hours. I would not recommend this company.

They delivered late into the afternoon on a Saturday to make sure I got my appliances. The delivery guys were quick, efficient and made sure delivery went flawlessly. Honestly the best delivery experience I've had in a long time.

Update: An RXO Customer Accounts team member reached out and after some internal discussion with their team, we were able to get an updated date. Thank you for helping get this resolved and we are looking forward to next week.

Our LG Fridge delivery was originally scheduled for Dec 7th, then received a msg the day before stating that it would not be delivered and pick a new date, with soonest available being Dec 31st. Talked with the RXO call center (Corp) and they did get this local RXO center to reschedule for Dec 12th. So again, on Dec 11th, get a msg that it will not be delivered and to pick a new date, now first available was second week of Jan. At the point we have no confidence will get this delivered and likely be going back to LG to get this cancelled unless they can get this fixed.
