My daughter and I just love the Parker Hannifin downtown YMCA. It is exceedingly clean and fresh, stewarded by friendly and professional staff. It's so easy to park too. Great offering of classes throughout the day. So grateful for this resource in our downtown!

Awful experience. The phacility is a 2/5 but the people working the front desk make it 0/5, absolutely awful, its very apparent why they are grown adults working a front desk for minimum wage. Extremely unprofessional.

I called in earlier today to request a refund because I had received confirmation of cancelation and still was charged and I expected it to be an honest mistake and I called they confirmed that both accounts were canceled and then proceeded to confirm that I was indeed charged today and when I asked about a refund they said that there were no grounds for a refund, I would love to know how down bad a corporation has to be to have to steal from previous members. (WATCH YOUR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE) not to mention I didn't even leave a review talking about why we had originally chosen to quit or membership is multiple times being there and seeing parasitic worms in the showers and what I can only hope wasn't BEDBUGS.

We canceled our membership and they have now charged us 130. They have refused to give us a refund even though they have it on record that we canceled our membership and they have continued to charge us. This needs to be made right.

If I could give a lower rating i absolutely would, First the Extreme lack of interest to be even remotely helpful from the front desk never fails to amaze me. Have never seen people so completely put out to have to do any aspect of their "job" including I guess be trained on any of the actual rules and regulations of how the billing process works which is no doubt to take as much money as possible before you see the worms in the showers, i tried for months to cancel my membership and had no luck on it actually canceling just to have them continue to take money from me, and charge me late fees for months after I "requested" my membership to be canceled. I will continue to call and leave reviews everyday until some one willing to do their job and issue a refund is willing to contact me.

Alyssa, the membership coordinator is very knowledgeable and professional, Mike who works the front desk, is always on time to open the facility with a smile and warm greeting, I’ve been a member of the YMCA for over 15 years, considered leaving, the two employees Alyssa and Mike gave me a reason to stay!!

Always Check the calendar for the sauna/steamroom... always. It gets closed for everything and will change your hours of your day for seemingly no reason
