This company maybe a great company however, how it is i was charged without submitting my application and the having a hard time getting my money back because I don't want to submit my application I decided to look at other options. I just want my money back.

Dont rent in this ugly rental business chain. One of the worst customer service i have experienced and the cars always smell like tobacco or cigarettes and are not clean and this is very expensive when compared to other rental franchises. They charged me fee for late dropoff when their own wrecked car got issues.

cars are absolutely disgusting, stained seats and reak of cigarette smoke.
