“Never had any major problem like I have with other banks. 5/3 always have some kind of fee or charge for some crazy sh*t like forcing overdrafts because they would do debts before credits even though the deposit money is in there possession. Sounds illegal to me they hold your money but charge you over draft first then apply your deposit. I LOVE PNC!!!”

“I am new with this bank. I have only been with them 8 months now. I have had a positive relationship with the bankers Holly and Patrick. I have had good tellers but one. Since I have only had an issue with one teller, I do the math and only take it down one star. No since of throwing out the baby with the bath water! I did talk to the head person over this so they can take care of it. If it becomes an ongoing issue I am going back to Chase which treated me like a queen. Holly does go out of her way to help. I am sticking around a while. Please don't let me down.”

“I always try to have an account locally. I like coming to this bank for some transactions such as withdrawals from my main bank. Yes, withdrawing from your other bank is allowed as long as you maintain an account with them. The place was never busy now crowded, which I prefer. The staff seemed very helpful, polite and attentive to the costumer's needs. Yes it's not crowded, but for the time I was in the bank I observed that there was a continuous and consistent stream of costumers coming in. I highly recommend this place, and would continue doing now with them.”
