This will be my third consecutive year getting my taxes done with at the Cleves, Ohio Jackson Hewitt office and I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else. Melissa is wonderful on every level; she’s very patient (especially with someone like me who doesn’t know beans about the process).She’s extremely knowledgeable, resourceful and personable and best of all she gets my family the maximum refund possible every year!
