Has anyone had any bad experiences with this company, I've placed a order online two weeks ago,no confirmation,no update,no feedback whatsoever, I'm beginning to wonder about this place

ordered few parts on november 2nd, and ... nothing. after a chat on messenger they tell me one part is for 15 days out of stock, ok ! but near 2 months later no news. I discuss again to remove the missing item and can finally receive my order but they can't find my address ... is it serious?
