Well Kroger you finally pulled the PIN to chase me away having to remove my driver's license from my wallet just to by beer when I'm your employees grand parents age. Is a major chore for me. I am a disabled person with arthritis I am moving to another grocery. I will not return unless you remove such a stupid rule that I have to remove my driver's license as if the people are too ignorant to read through the window of my driver's license it is a government issued travel permitted driver's license I am not coming back to your store unless this ignorant rule is changed. I'm done with Kroger and I spend a lot of money at Kroger. Good day!

I have been shopping at this Kroger location for over 20 years. I gotta say, it feels like a second home. I’ve come to know much of the staff (who are wonderful) and although it is a smaller or average size store compared to the huge Marketplace locations that have popped up in the surrounding area, you cannot beat the comfort level of it not being crazy busy where the checkout lines are so long that they extend down the drink and clothing section aisles (which was my experience yesterday at the Kroger Marketplace located in Dent, Ohio on Harrison Avenue. I ran in to grab Gatorade and milk and waited 12 minutes JUST IN THE SELF CHECKOUT LINES!!).
The only major drawback about our little Cleves Kroger is that at times (especially with regard to Digital deal items), is that they often run out of that sale item very quickly and it does not get replaced in a timely manner for everyone to be able to benefit from sale items. Obviously, this is positive feedback for the stores managers to look into and work on. The availability of the product to be brought out as well as do they even have more in the back that can be stocked . Often, I have asked if there was more of a particular item in the back and the answer was no. So I would encourage management to look at their orders especially on digital deals so that there is a backup supply to be stocked on shelves once they empty. This is the only
reason I gave them four stars instead of five.

This location keeps getting worse with every passing year. Ive been shopping here since 2005.
Within the last year it has become like a walmart. They have 10 lanes but only open 1 or 2. the lanes will be 6 or 7 carts deep and 15 people in line at self checkout 🤦 spend 1 hr in the store 15 of it is at the checkout

Management is horrible. From the low level management to HR to the big boss. Kroger can do much better, no wonder this Kroger sucks so bad. 🤣

I'd avoid buying their dairy products for a while, or atleast the sour cream and other dips. Numerous times now I've gotten a tub of sour cream that is spoiled because they let stuff sit out all day while stocking product. I've had enough and am finally making a review as I just purchased another tub 2 days ago and I went to use it and it us curdled.

Bought 3 packs os Splash flavored water and mistakenly left them under the cart. When I realized my mistake I rushed back but they were no longer on the cart. I went inside to check if someone brought them to Customer Service. One of managers (Red Vest) heard conversation with front end worker. She said “we’ll replace them for you-just go get them”. I was so surprised at this awesome Customer Service experience that I didn’t get her name. You know who you are so THANK YOU-YOU’RE AWESOME!!

You disappointed my grandson for his birthday. If your airbrush machine is not working and people order a birthday cake please call them and let them know so they can make other arrangements very unprofessional and sloppy.

I like my old kroger. I don’t feel lost in it like the bigger stores. The lady back in the deli is super nice.

Found everything but the receipt. Those self checkouts can be confusing where the change comes out and the receipt came out from a separate machine way up on the left.
