They are all easy to talk to and very accommodating in every interaction I've had since moving my prescriptions to Genoa. The pill packs are a wonderful service. They help me keep track of my medications and be sure I don't miss any doses.

“Just wanted to take a moment to appreciate the amazing services the staff at this Sam’s club location’s pharmacy offers. The two older ladies at the customer desk are super polite, soft spoken and very understanding. The pharmacists are also very caring. I have never had a problem with them and they always call you and explain the situation if there is a problem. Today I was going to pick up a prescription for my son for an upcoming travel and they were out of distilled water. The pharmacist was aware of our international trip and sent someone immediately to get another gallon from a nearby store and got the prescription ready for us very quickly. I have been using this pharmacy for probably 6-8 years and really wanted to give leave a review as a token of appreciation for their hard work and excellent customer service.”
“I've had nothing but GOOD experiences with this pharmacy. Unhappy people should try going to CVS where it takes days to fill a simple script and they take 2 hour lunches in the middle of the day. Meijer is efficient and the people are kind!”

“Absolutely do NOT like prescriptions being filled at their central regional location about an hour away & being shipped to local pharmacies. It delays customers being able to begin taking needed medications when the local pharmacies have the drugs needed to fill the prescriptions sitting on their shelves anyway.
I understand their reasoning however they are definitely NOT putting the customers first - in fact, the customer is LAST in their list of priorities.”

She gave a us tip as a Veteran to go online and sign up and get our Sam’s club membership for a lower price and then we went up to her to get our new cards and my husband left his phone ? and she found use in the store and returned his phone ? WOW! She is so efficient with customers too and pleasant and has the fastest lines in the whole building!

“I really like this Walgreens. Me and my family have been using this location for years and I have personally never had an issue. They are very knowledgeable and professional (store and pharmacy). I recently found out I am diabetic and my doctor sent my medications through CVS and the pharmacy techs were kind of rude and just seemed like they were bothered by me being there. Needless to say I'm going to change my pharmacy back to this Walgreens ASAP. I definitely recommend this location. They're really good people. 10/10.”

I called to ask about stock of a pill and she talked me through how to get the NDC# (then even told me to call back with it so she could further help me) and she looked into the system for me to see it was discontinued. With the info she took the time to give me I was able to find the last of the medication sitting on a shelf at a different pharmacy and didn't end up in the hospital. Thank you again Chelsea and I hope you get a raise!

“Always easy to use your Kroger plus number to get ten cents off a gallon on weekends just for buying groceries and everyday items at Kroger so win win. The employees are friendly and my favorite is the coolers with drinks and snacks by the pumps since it's a window clerk. Kroger is good in all with rewarding and customer service.”

I have used them for about a year, off and on (thanks to my stupid insurance rules) and every single time I have used them, they have gone above and beyond. I cannot thank you ALL and your staff for helping me with my medication yesterday when my mail order fell through.. “I do not leave reviews for very many places but I have been wanting to leave one for this CVS, my CVS, for a while now.
These ladies that work at this location are beyond wonderful in so many ways. I have been going to this location for about 3 years now and I will not have my medicines filled any where else. I won’t go into a lot of details but I will tell you that these ladies have been so good to me and have worked with me even though I do not have insurance. They have always found a way to help me afford my medication during times when I wasn’t as blessed as I am now. They have never judged me, nor have they ever not make me feel welcome even though I was a nervous wreck trying to figure out how to make what money I didn’t have pay for the medicines I had to have.
I know that people get frustrated more than ever these days. I have seen it with my own eyes people picking up prescriptions and losing their minds over things that are not the ladies fault. Whatever the issue, it doesn’t matter because they don’t deserve to be screamed at, or berated because your doctor didn’t call your meds in, or insurance won’t pay for it. Or, you can’t refill your medication that requires an ID 5 days early.
We come to the counter, or thru the drive thru and only spend a few minutes out of our day so we don’t see all the hard work, dedication, and how much they do care. We don’t get to see all the work behind the scenes of the staff going above and beyond for people that they don’t know, but they do it all the time. I know this because they do that for me and I am an uninsured nobody.
We forget sometimes that not only are they overwhelmed, they also deal with more red tape in one day than most of us deal with in a lifetime. They deal with people, doctors offices, insurance companies, drive thru, and top that off with rude people who don’t have anything else better to do than blame them for things out of their control.
I think the world of these ladies and I just wanted to let them know that they do make a difference, and they all touch lives, and I thank you ladies:)”
“Steven is an exemplary person and the type of employee you can't find these days. My toddler got sick all over the lobby and main area of the store. I took her outside to clean her up and went in to ask to clean up. Not only would he not let me, he genuinely was not put off by it. It wasn't because of duty, which is so much more than anyone could ask - but in my embarrassment, he really had 0 reflection of being put off by it. He assured me that he has to get used to it anyway, as he's about to be a father. This sort of character is commendable.”

Well the vet called around and found Brossart Pharmacy. They have been a lifesaver. They make our little ones medicine without any problems. They are so caring and always seem so happy to make their medicine. They call you whenever it is ready too! Highly recommend them!”
