Nobody in line at drive thru. Took them 20 minutes to process a very easy deposit. Never answered call when I asked if everything was ok and if a receipt was coming back out....terrible customer service

The ATM took my card. From previous reviews, is this something that PNC sets up because it happens a lot! Called into the branch and was treated rudely by the manager only to put me on hold and leave me for 15 minutes to come back and say she couldn’t help. No remorse or apologies.

Atm was operational and thePNC machine ate my card, the screen did not change, just nothing, but took my card. I Called PNC they said take it up with my bank, didn’t even apologize for the massive inconvenience. I’m grateful everything worked out and my family and I made it home.

Worst PNC branch by far. Never have money always have issues there. Do not recommend at all. Very rude management.

I love PNC. It doesn't matter which branch or what state the employees are stellar. This location is in Cleves, Ohio. There are two ATM machines at at the drive up lanes. Both ATMs are unable to take cash deposits. I don't understand why. This location is a full service branch. There is also a night deposit box but you must park and walk to the front and only entrance to the bank. Library across the street and a USPS mailbox in front of the bank. There is plenty of parking.

They allowed my account to be hacked several times including once when their ATM took my card and required that I go to the bank. I use a walker and no automatic door for me to get in. Not good for handicapped people at this branch.

Absolutely the most helpful PNC Bank ever! I had an issue and Kyah was so helpful and kind and really just made the process so smooth! Was such a pleasant experience for an unpleasant issue.

Went there for a counter check was double charged for 1 check noticed immediately was told since it was pending they would call me the next day when it was taken care of. Next day no call it was the weekend so I gave them until Monday called supposedly the branch manager approved my refund 2 days later still no refund and now have to make a 3rd trip in to get this fix. Customer service is lacking shouldn't be this hard to fix something their teller messed up on.

This is by far the most professional PNC branch that I’ve ever walked into. Everyone was super friendly and they made it a point to greet every customer that walked through the door with a smile on their face. I am very impressed with the customer service skills these ladies provided for their customers. If I could give 100 stars I would!!! Whoever trained these ladies should be proud because I’m so serious when I say “I have not ever walked into any kind of public establishment and experienced that kind of service

After two and a half Decades of service that my mother has there she started getting a bunch of Google orders on her card and I mean a lot like a thousand or two worth they did not red flag it when they seen it and it should have been seen that something was not right with all them charges come in and in a row like they came in and they did not red flag at and we had to go through hell to get our money back
