We told them that if there was any change in it's status to let us know. Earl called us as soon as it came back on the market! He was a pleasure to work with! He went over and above, sending us a detailed video of the car and walking us through the whole process. Drew did an excellent job of showing us all of the technical 'bells and whistles.' He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions! John, in the Financial Dept. went over all of the paperwork thoroughly and was a pleasure to work with! “Ordered parts on ebay from them, very quick response and very professional! I decided to drive the 2 1/2 hours to pick up the parts instead of having them shipped. Got there a little before they opened up and they had everything ready for me, quick and easy paperwork and they make sure you have some refreshments and snacks! “Paul Burke is absolutely wonderful! He is so friendly and makes you feel at ease. Buying a car is a very intimidating process, and he was there from the start with a smile and made sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly with a honest and straight answer. We have bought two newer cars off of him in the last few months, a Ford truck and a Subaru SUV and he has made both experiences as easy as they could be. After the first experience and transaction we knew we didn’t want to go anywhere else when looking the second time around. Having my first car loan on a such a nice vehicle and owning such a nice vehicle in general was extremely scary to me, but I feel like he did everything he could in the weeks prior to the purchase to help break it all down for me and give us all of the info for all the options available to us. He didn’t rush us into buying something and gave us plenty of time and space to test drive different trucks and suvs while deciding which one was the right fit for our family. We appreciate him so much! So far everything has been smooth sailing and I have not one complaint with Paul. We love our new vehicles. Serra Auto Park is lucky to have him representing them in my opinion. When it came time to make the purchase the financial advisor called around and got me the best interest rate that she could. I will definitely be back in the future to do business with him and Serra when we are in need of an upgrade. ?”

“I had a great experience. I was in a small fender bender where the at fault was willing to come down to big mikes and pay for any damage. They were quick and efficient at getting me a quote without having to wait long and didn’t need an appointment. They were able to get me in as soon as it was convenient for me, while giving me the time to sort out having a car to drive. I had left a debit card in there and they were so kind to go get it and put it behind the desk in case I needed it. Upon pickup I was not able to get there before they were closed for a long weekend and they found a way to accommodate me. They had all my paperwork and the debit card in an envelope with a Merry Christmas. I would recommend and I would go back there absolutely”
