“I had a great experience. I was in a small fender bender where the at fault was willing to come down to big mikes and pay for any damage. They were quick and efficient at getting me a quote without having to wait long and didn’t need an appointment. They were able to get me in as soon as it was convenient for me, while giving me the time to sort out having a car to drive. I had left a debit card in there and they were so kind to go get it and put it behind the desk in case I needed it. Upon pickup I was not able to get there before they were closed for a long weekend and they found a way to accommodate me. They had all my paperwork and the debit card in an envelope with a Merry Christmas. I would recommend and I would go back there absolutely”

“Let me tell you...Mark is an amazing man. Idc what anyone else has to say. I got stranded at the gas station with 2 little kids last night and this man had stopped in to grab a bite and drink with his dog (omg the dog is so cute) and he seen me and he came over and tried to help me get the car going, to which it wouldn't. So he pushed it from the pump into a parking spot, then he gave me and my babies a ride home. My vehicle just made it to his shop, waiting to find out what we can do about that darn ignition.
