My main issue (DCM module recall which kept draining my battery) was fixed (with a new battery to boot!) and while there were a couple other things that needed attention I never felt pressured to get it done now. “I had a great experience. I was in a small fender bender where the at fault was willing to come down to big mikes and pay for any damage. They were quick and efficient at getting me a quote without having to wait long and didn’t need an appointment. They were able to get me in as soon as it was convenient for me, while giving me the time to sort out having a car to drive. I had left a debit card in there and they were so kind to go get it and put it behind the desk in case I needed it. Upon pickup I was not able to get there before they were closed for a long weekend and they found a way to accommodate me. They had all my paperwork and the debit card in an envelope with a Merry Christmas. I would recommend and I would go back there absolutely”

The waiting area is well kept with reasonable accessibility for adults and children or if you have to set up camp for a bit with a laptop/electronics + food/drinks. For services, I appreciate the electronic systems for communication, including the photos/videos and status of services. Most of the staff are responsive and hospitable. The mechanics so far have been respectful of my vehicle. They don’t try to oversell services. Everything is transparently broken down in the receipt and you get what you order. Simply take good care of your vehicle ? Extra kudos to Manning Morris and another gentleman whose name I didn’t catch. Manning is consistently friendly/chipper and professional. On behalf of their team, these two were accommodating when a minor oversight was caught on their end and were quick to correct the error and offer a complimentary service for the matter. “Late last year, my car and a deer had an unplanned and very one-sided relationship (10/10 for the deer, 0/10 for my car). Enter Manchester Body Shop, who turned what could’ve been a total headache into an unexpectedly great experience.
Despite it being peak “Ohio wildlife vs. vehicles” season, they got me in quickly, handled my rental pickup and drop-off seamlessly, and kept me in the loop with timely updates the whole way through. Even better — they finished early.
But here’s where they truly went above and beyond: they had some extra paint left over and took the time to buff and touch up small dings and marks that had absolutely nothing to do with the accident… at no extra charge. Who does that?! My car looks genuinely brand new.
This was my first time using Manchester Body Shop. I chose them because they were a preferred vendor with my insurance and had great reviews — and now I fully understand why. Professional, kind, thorough, and clearly proud of their work.

“Let me tell you...Mark is an amazing man. Idc what anyone else has to say. I got stranded at the gas station with 2 little kids last night and this man had stopped in to grab a bite and drink with his dog (omg the dog is so cute) and he seen me and he came over and tried to help me get the car going, to which it wouldn't. So he pushed it from the pump into a parking spot, then he gave me and my babies a ride home. My vehicle just made it to his shop, waiting to find out what we can do about that darn ignition.
