Friendly and courteous. Would rate 5 if not for the diagnosis charge. I completely understand you have a business to run and need to be compensated. Perhaps just let your patrons know that upfront. You'll be charged over 100$ just to have your car looked at.

Had some extensive engine work done. The car runs great no leaks no problems. I wouldn't trust any other shop.As I told others you'll pay but you won't overpay and you won't get the hard up sale. Just a couple of honest hard-working guys.
