Not our lucky day when our exhaust system broke apart on I-80 on our way to Cleveland. After exiting the interstate safely we googled muffler shops and started making calls to see if anyone could help us. Our third call was to C&T and the most delightful man said he could look at the van right away! Upon arrival 20 minutes later we were welcomed to his shop. He got the van raised and appraised the damage. We needed a new muffler system and he had one on hand. He explained everything very well and was absolutely kind. He went to work and sent me and my family off down the block to a nearby ice cream shop. 45 minutes later our van was as good as new. I highly recommend this shop. High praise for friendly service done well and cost effective.Service: Exhaust

Highly recommend C & T Muffler. Recently had brake repairs done. They were not only very helpful in answering all my questions, repairing my car and in and out quickly, but very honest and professional. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back for any other repairs it may need in the future.

I had an expensive tuning shop out of toledo install my awe touring exhaust suite; it clearly was never installed properly, after talking with Tony at C & T and informing him of my lack of confidence in that shop and trying to describe the rattle and engine issue I was having from my non mechanical brain I drove 30 min south for him to take a look, after putting the car up and explaining what went wrong and how he would correct it I said please go ahead, needless to say after a short while and me not even getting to finish my amazing breakfast across the street, I saw him drive my car back out and park it, I have driven over 700 miles and not a single issue I had from before is coming up, I had noticeable improvement in sound and horsepower instantly and my gas mileage has improved, I can't thank you enough, we need more family owned business thats for sure, it was refreshing to have someone genuinely want to help and get you running correctly instead of walking in and looking like your bothering everyone, thank you again C&T you are stuck with me and all my vehicles.
