Ive been coming to this gym for quite awhile back like 2 or 3 years ago I was only coming to open mat because I was training else where. However I ended up moving right up the street and I love the atmosphere and the lessons are so detailed and formal I really like it. Tough rolls and good people.

This is the best school in the area with a great environment. The owner is a well respected black belt and great person. The training and the people is what makes this place special. The kids classes instructors are parents whose kids also train.

My experience at Iron and Soul has been really awesome. It’s intimidating being a woman walking into a jiu jitsu gym but everyone was more than welcoming. I would recommend the gym to anyone.
