“Takes a couple minutes to get to this Sam's from off the highway, but it's easy to get into. I love that Sam's is always cheaper for gas! If you need food as well, there's a Wendy's in the parking lot beside it. On the way in from the interstate there's a McDonald's, KFC, and Long John Silvers I believe.”

“This is pharmacy is one of the best in the Tri-State area, it may be a smaller pharmacy compared to the more well known ones, yet their big in heart n compassion. Treat you like family! They know you immediately! From the pharmacy techs to the pharmacist, they will take the time to greet you and answer any concerns or questions. It's why we choose them!?”

I was told the cash price for a visit was $100. Fortunately, I had Humana vision insurance. So, after the visit the optometrist took a copy of my insurance card and charged me and my husband $75 for a visit. I was told I would get a refund after the insurance paid. The insurance paid $101 and I paid $75. So as a senior citizen I paid $75 more than if I would have paid cash. Nick Webers webpage stated he took what Medicare paid. Not true. He took advantage of senior citizens. What kind of person does that. I will never use Sam’s optical services again.”

“Kaitlyn, Brandon, and the rest of the technicians were very friendly and informative. They let me know that my sensors needed to be replaced—something the Lexington Sam’s Club apparently does not offer. I truly appreciated their customer service. The team also informed me about a cross-threaded lug nut and chose not to work on it to avoid damaging the stud, which I greatly respect. Excellent crew overall. I will definitely be back! Also marked the bad lugnut for me, so i can fix the stud myself.”

Ms. Jenkins took time to explain my medications and is willing to contacts my PCP for refills. I feel Ms. Jenkins is vested in my health & wellness. “I drove down to the Ashland area from Cincinnati & was looking for gas, so naturally, I stopped at Kroger. While inside, I joked to myself that I was visiting from the home office, since Kroger is based in Cincinnati. (They can't all be winners, folks.)Anyway, I wasn't looking for anything in particular, as I was still a couple hours from home, but I grabbed a Dr. Pepper for the drive. I used the self checkout, so I didn't really interact with anyone, but I was in & out pretty quickly.”

“The pharmacy that I have used for the past five years is no longer in business. Being that I have malabsorption issues from a weight loss surgery 25 years ago, there are some medications that I simply do not absorb which obviously makes them ineffective. Often this is due to fillers that are used by certain manufacturers. When I looked for a new pharmacy I had to let the pharmacists know that this was a problem in the past for me with one particular medication. This store offered to special order the medication for me from another supplier and was so kind, helpful, friendly and understanding that they should win an award! I am so very grateful and happy that I found them and have to give them the 5 star salute on here!”

Coal grove is actually quicker, easier to consult with and Very nice afa the staff. Made my transition 100 times easier then I could have imagined. Trust me I've been on medication my entire life.
