Worst experience I've ever had. Caitlin Evers is the hairstylist that was supposed to give me a nice subtle brown balayage and instead she gave me a black and orange ombre that was not blended nor toned and had a line separating it that wasn't even straight. She was also extremely rough with my hair, burnt my scalp, gave me an uneven haircut, cut off more hair than I asked her to and also took eight hours just to ruin my hair . After it was done she then asked if I wanted to let her fix it free of charge when I told her I hated it. and then when I asked for my money back she ignored me which gave me no choice but to go to her boss and ask for money back and even then they gave me trouble about it and said that I was rude and ignorant for asking for my money back and saying that the hairdresser clearly did not know what she was doing since she obviously couldn't do a simple balayage, cut hair, or color even close to what I asked.
