Some how I got 6 pills and suppose to take 1 per for 7days at least get the amount right.First time at the location and messed up. Hard to keep new customers if mess up first time being there.

Nice people but good luck with CPAP supplies. I have tried on more than one occasion since June to reach someone about said supplies. Have left voicemails, my info has been written down more than once and never did I get a call back. I just wanted to discuss acquiring CPAP supplies but I suppose I will have to continue purchasing other places.

Service is going downhill quickly can't get good explanations to why cost have changed even when you call back, will be looking for a new pharmacy if this continues, seems like as they closed some of the other locations they owned around this location the service gets worse!

I had to get compression socks and Karen took the time to fit me for them and made sure they were exactly what I needed and fit correctly so that they would help my neuropathy pain. She is so kind.

Very slow through the drive through and never have prescription ready when they call and say they’re ready. They gave me the wrong prescription and on top of that, they put the wrong label on and everything. They never check to make sure the order is covered by insurance and end up having to pay some of it because they didn’t run it through properly. Bad customer service.

Pulled up with a minute to close...young lady was very helpful and even worked through a minor issue that arose.

Have to wait a long time to get service at drive up window. Then they don't have all your medications ready when you're there even though they had a day to do so.They also sell you the more expensive brand name drug instead of letting you know there is a cheaper generic version available.I will go to CVS instead.

Very slow service. They take forever to fill prescriptions and it is never ready if you go there to pick it up. Going to go somewhere else.

The pharmacy in Coldwater since covid started is slow, messes up your calk in refills or new medication from the doctor. They robo call your medication is ready but when you go to pick it up its not ready and you have to wait in the drive through for 20 minutes any given day. Not sure what has happened but their service has really went down hill.
