“I am very disappointed with the service I received at the salon today. I booked an appointment for a express cut. The stylist Andrea did not even shampoo my hair. She just used a water bottle to wet it. I asked for 4 inches cut and layers and it to be framed around my face. My hair is very thick and I wanted it layered so that it wouldnt be so heavy. Needless to say she did not give me layers. It looks exactly the way it looked when I went in just shorter. I was really looking forward to having my haircut today. I am very disappointed. I have called and asked for a manager to call me in hopes that I can have a stylist give me the cut I asked for. Paying $35 for a basic trim is not okay. I wanted to come back and say that Anne the manager made it right. She had me come back in today and she fixed my hair and I love it. I will be returning and have Anne as my stylist. Thank you so much for making it right.”

“A gorgeous place! Carriage House is one of my favorite places to go when we visit during the Festival of Lights. It is always done up so beautifully cozy for the holiday season. The decor in each section is always spot on with whichever Christmas tree is in that area. Mosser Glass is sold here and I love seeing it as our family toured the factory on a past roadtrip. The openness of the building makes for a nice shopping experience. Plenty of room to roam. I will return again and again through different seasons, but especially at Christmas!”
