The lady on the counter is always in rude mood. Never been friendly to the customers. Plus she close the counter even before 5:00pm. She is happy cuz she is a government employee and has a secure job.

I paid for priority mail and received a tracking receipt over a week ago. Tracking status says it is still at the post office. These were time sensitive documents that needed to be sent. I don't understand. The person working there was also so unpleasant. I'll never go back to this location.

Came to pick my package which had already been arrived at location. Representative told me that I am not going to find your package and said you will your package tomorrow. Very bad service!

My husband dropped off a package to send back to an online store after they sent us the wrong item, there wasn’t an update on the tracking so he stopped by to see if they shipped it and it was still sitting on the counter after over a week. He took the package and is now taking it to another USPS. Oh and the lady who is always working there is always so rude and miserable. Never again

My sons present got rerouted by mistake through this office. The guys were so helpful and went through the largest box of mail I’ve ever seen to thankfully pull it out! Amazing service and so thankful

Horrible branch. First of all the parking lot is awful & has been for years. They barely maintain the grass. Aside from the rude workers, I was sent cash with birthday card. $50 to be exact. We all know you dont send cash via USPS, but my aunt is old school & did anyway. Needless to say, someone literally opened my card & stole the cash. Not necessarily blaming Columbia USPS, but the way they handled it was awful. Was promised a call back 3 times, never got one. They told me to file a formal complaint online which I did back in December. Got me nowhere. Nobody ever responded or even acknowledeged my formal complaint.
Unreal….but not shocked. There is so much mail theft going on in the post office. Its disgusting. Cant believe our tax dollars pay for this awful service!!!

This is the worst post office I have ever seen. The lady there for 30 years is the problem. She is rude, unprofessional. Why do we keep this horrible government agency?

My wife’s package got delivered on the same day that I was supposed to get mine. Status if mine said that the house was inaccessible.The next day there was no delivery attempt at all.EDIT: package did get delivered the following day. It wasn’t updated until later

I have never had a worse experience with the USPS than I have with this location. Our family recently moved to the area and were informed that we would not have mail delivery to our home address. We have common mailboxes in the neighborhood that our developer dropped keys off to, but the post office claims that they do not have keys. The mail service representative at the location shared with us that they expect to deliver to the boxes "within the next 2-3 years." This is an egregious lapse in mail service that cannot go unchecked. An organization whose credo is "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds" really has fallen from grace in the past few years.

Walked in at because it was 4:59, the kid would not help me at all. Door was not locked and basically told me to bad. You can mail your package. I saw two more people walk in and they were helped. Terrible place.

I am so SICK AND TIRED of my mail and packages being delivered to the wrong address! I've had cards with money sent to my kids on b-days and holidays that they either NEVER received or received 6 months later with the MONEY GONE! Ive had packages that i paid for that i NEVER RECEIVED! My daughters survivors benefits have always been on the 3rd or before Since her father passed 3 years ago, but are NOW ALWAYS LATE!! So I have to fear that the carrier put it in the wrong box or lost it all the time!! Because thats what shes good at! I am at the end 0f my rope with the carrier for N.REED rd!! Get it together! How hard is it to READ AN ADDRESS CORRECTLY!!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars for this joke of a post office and its carriers!
