I was referred to Marouns by a national auto repair company (who shall remain unnamed) when they couldn’t fix a problem. Marouns not only fixed the problem, they did so with ease, expediency, and a fair price. I’ve been taking my car there since. Every time I think a mechanical failure is the “big one” and it’s time to lay my old girl to rest, I’ll get a call from Christy telling me not to worry, it’s only a bearing or some other naturally degenerative mechanical part that’s an easy and inexpensive fix. “Very honest people. The front desk women were very nice. I had a very smell paint issue where something took off the finish. I thought it would cost over $500. The estimator looked at it, and tried a product that made the car look brand new right in the parking lot. I couldn’t believe it. They definitely could’ve oversold me, but chose to be honest people and I truly appreciate that. The estimator did an amazing and thorough job as well. I will definitely come here again if I ever have any collisions needs after my experience.”
