The lack of how this dealership is ran is insane everytime you go in there's new people hired which says alot they truly don't know what they are doing My current issue along with many with this dealership after buying 3 cars in the same week and going threw hell after I paid 800 to have my coolant loss of my 18 F150 Raptor checked I was told it was the hoses 3 to 4 months later when I went to take it in for the same issue I was informed it was the water pump after pressure testing the real issue was it all along 800 I spent and my advisor kennya has no buisness in any dealership or around any vehicles with how a 2nd mechanic said they had to have known unfortunately people like this hold positions they shouldn't I'm now out 800 from this person's sorry lack of knowledge I was also informed my oil pan was leaking I got 3 free oil changes nothing was ever said most likely sabotage by them I would never do buisness with this place if I were anyone and deal with such a ignorant mouthy ignorance keenya has for service they needed people to fill positions this person couldn't even get grocery checkouts right AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST

I had the greatest experience at Columbiana Ford. Ken was fantastic and worked with me every step of the way to get me into the car that I wanted. I love that Columbiana Ford treats you like you’re an actual human being and not just a paycheck. Jason was fantastic also! I will 100% be back to Columbiana Ford!

Keenya Hogan seems very knowledgeable and fantastic at what she does. Is very honest about her work, and will tell you what needs done now vs later. Will only trust Keenya to handle services on my vehicle(s), and will only trust her as my service advisor.

extremely disappointed in the sales and finance department. I went in to discuss possibly trading in my car for the loaner car the maintenance department gave me. spent 2 hours in there before they were closing and was told they would work on the finance part of it the next day. I spent all day without anything. called and left 2 voicemails, not one call back. called back again around 5 in the evening and was given major attitude from Josh the finance manager who chose to argue with me that not all my information was submitted When in fact it had been submitted. So he said he would start working on it then, it was 5:00 never heard another thing. It's been 2 days and I have not heard one thing. I will never go back. Not for service, not for sales. They obviously do not want to make a sale!

Would give 0 stars but that is not an option. FINALLY posting about my unfortunate experience with Columbiana Ford. I say finally because it has taken me quite some time to realize and come to the conclusion my issues with Columbiana Ford will never be resolved. (Poor decision on Columbiana Fords part). I would 10/10 NOT recommend Columbiana Ford to anyone. Not a single person that I dealt with back in April of this year is there anymore..and there were several. Adam, JT, Andrew, Ted, Stefan, the list goes on. After countless attempts of trying to get my concerns addressed only to have my calls not returned (wonder why) I was able to find out the OWNER of Pillar Automotive, who owns Columbiana Ford, CDJR of Salem, and others, MATT WICKWIRE. So. I contacted him only to be beyond disappointed and shocked by his lack of customer service and professionalism. He was literally more concerned on how I got his name and number than discussing my concern on how his company handled my purchase with them. He advised to ONLY contact him via email briefly explaining my issue and abruptly hung up. I emailed him as instructed and his response to that email was that any further contact needed to be through lawyers. I periodically still check Columbiana Fords website on their staff and a few weeks ago found out there was new management.. and I was hopeful. But.. again.. another let down by Columbiana Ford as current GM Tom Mortimer has yet to return any of my phone calls from several weeks ago. I have ALL documentation, such as emails, phone call recordings, receipts, sales docs, contract docs, voicemails to prove my situation with Columbiana Ford is 100% valid and honest. I hope that whoever buys a vehicle from this dealership, has a better experience than I did, and that their vehicle is actually reliable and works. Unlike mine purchased at Columbiana Ford. As of 9/28/23.. I commented on a post of Columbiana Fords on Facebook, briefly stating my issues with the dealership and a person by the name of "John John" told me to "stay off his posts" and blocked me immediately after...which only continues to show lack of empathy, customer service and professionalism Columbiana Ford has.

these guys are the best in town! i don't trust anyone else to touch my Bronco. There was a small defect on the interior from the factory and these guys were able to get it replaced in no time. Highly recommend them for a great deal, and great service.
