I had originally rented two units and needed to downsize and Abby made the transition seamless. I filled out the form for one slightly larger unit and as I cleared out one unit and took a photo of it being empty my bill was adjusted accordingly each time. Abby is very efficient and always answered my questions and replied in a very timely manner. Columbiana self Storage Is a clean, well taken care of facility and I highly recommend it and Abby for your Storage needs.

Renting a storage unit took my a few moments online and I was done. I made my payment and within 5 minutes I had an email with my unit number and instructions. Unit number are easy to see and accessing my unit went very smoothly. I highly recommend renting a storage unit here.
