I go shopping for my company, the man who works here always greets me and it very kind and helpful. Today I had a woman who looked so inconvenienced by my presence. There was some items not priced right said 1.00 rang up 1.50. No one was up at the registers so I rang for help after 5 min. A brown hair woman goes up doesn't say a thing turns the screen doesn't ask me anything and says what did you ring up last. I said to her these are not ringing up right, she quietly fixed it and walked off. It's obvious she should work in the back if she can't be around people. Doesn't make me want to go back there at all. The people who represent your company will make it or break it. This woman shouldn't be near customers.

The manager who has been here for a while is very nice and friendly. And usually the workers here have been fine. But there is a new girl who acts very strangely. she was blocking part of an aisle with her cart when she was stocking or doing something and I knocked into an accident and she came around the corner and told her sorry I knocked into your cart and she didn’t even look at me or say a word she just walked by. very strange behavior to just ignore customers. if she was having a bad day fine but I really don’t think that’s what it was.

Horrible customer service very rude and disrespectful I like dollar general but am avoiding the columbiana location from now on for sure even though I live here in town

I love the store but will not shop there anymore. The only nice person is Miss Rose who even seems embarrassed by the other two’s rude behavior. I wasn’t surprised to see the top comments are about precisely that issue. If any of the higher ups actually read these reviews could you do something about that? When I say they are rude I don’t mean just a little bit. People are already battling terrible inflation and we are in there spending our hard earned money and get treated terribly, which is unacceptable. The last time I was there the guy walked away from a line of us waiting to check out and the very nice lady ahead of me was having trouble getting the card reader to work and we all helped her so she could finish up. When he finally came back to do his job he rung up the next person, said nothing and began to text on his phone as she also had trouble with the card reader and he did nothing to help until I spoke up. It actually makes me furious to see kind people treated so poorly just trying to buy things. Ridiculous.

The main guy there (always seems annoyed) makes you feel guilty for buying things and acts like the customers are d**** It's so weird.

Almost every time I go in to this store, I say how you doin multiple times, and get ignored. I'm tired of the staff here being ignorant. I won't go here anymore because of that. I'm not asking for bubbly personalities. I'm asking for a small amount of manners. Absolutely ridiculous.
