I have banked at the Columbiana branch for over 20 years. They are professional and have excellent customer service.Unlike another local bank, you do not have to have “an appointment” to open an account. Walk right in and they take care of you!Julia is always friendly, helpful, professional and provides great customer service.

Janet, helped me so much today, She went out of Her way to make me comfortable. My wheelchair was broken, so She carried a chair from the back wall ,to up front where She was, helped me with my transaction, & put the chair back, when we were done. No other Employee has ever helped me in there, even when I have my wheelchair!!!! I will always go to Her. She is the Best.

What a terrible experience. I went to open an account at the Columbiana location and was told to have a seat and someone would be with me. Two people in adjacent offices had nobody with them.I sat there for 30-35 minutes and no one said anything to me. Not “sorry for your wait”, not “we will be with you soon”. Nothing. A gentlemen came out if his office on two occasions and looked at me before returning to his office.A sign on their wall reads “fiercely local and fiercely loyal”. Unfortunately I was fiercely ignored.Customer service disaster of a bank.

Awful customer service. The standards for banks are very low but this Farmers is trash. Hopefully a large bank will take over this dumpster fire soon.

I have banked with Farmers for at least 25 years and have been thoroughly happy. Any loan we wanted, the lenders were great to work with. Their online banking is user friendly, and they have gone above and beyond to keep funds safe and ensure technology is current. I love that although they are big for a community bank, they are thoroughly invested in the communities in which they're located and want to see local businesses, large and small, succeed.

Went to Farmers in August was had money stolen from account in January went in filled out paperwork and asked to have that account closed and a new on opened they said it wasn't necessary our bank is secure. Money was stolen again in mid February today I found out I lost over 125 dollars after filling out fraud paperwork again so I closed my accounts and got out of there. I will never go back. I'd give them a no star rating but it's not an option. Avoid this bank at all cost.

I have an auto loan with Farmer's National Bank presently and I would not ever, under any circumstances, do repeat business with this bank. They assessed me a $150.00 prepayment penalty on the account for attempting to pay it off early. I have paid off every auto loan I've ever had with other banks, and none of them charged such a penalty. I called to try to have it waived and was redirected through numerous people over the course of a couple days. I now have to pay 32 cents per month by check for the next six months because the account balance is $1.90, and if I pay the remaining $1.90 immediately the $150.00 prepayment penalty will be assessed. Take your money elsewhere, not to Farmer's National Bank, unless you want to deal with ludicrously unwielding customer service and predatory lending involving prepayment penalties. There are plenty of other banks (most, in fact) who will NOT charge you such a fee. Had to give one star to leave the review, since zero stars isn't an option.
