“First time in the area and what a find. Was surprised on how much stock they carry, besides all the normal hardware stuff, they also have a large selection of train sets and other toys. They even have a couple train displays that operate with a push of a button. The place was huge, bigger than what it appeared from the outside. I had to drive around the building to figure out why. Great place to shop with friendly and knowledgeable employees.”

Prices are great and they will help you find anything you need. You don't have to go looking for someone to help you because soon as you walk in they are right there. “A HUGE shout out to Bridget (sorry if I spelled it wrong)! My 6 year old son asked for gift cards for his birthday to buy his own workbench/tool box. He was so excited to get enough to buy it all on his own. We ordered it online to make sure the store had it. When we got there, Bridget checked us out. Bridget went above and beyond to talk to him about it and all of his tools. He explained to her how he loves to take stuff apart and she was so enthusiastic and supportive of his passion! My son suffers from anxiety and can act differently in certain situations but she did not bat an eye. When he became “awkward†she gave him his space but still made the experience so memorable! She truly made him feel special! The world needs more Bridget's!!!! Thank you so much!”

“We needed a generator and none were to be found because of all the power outages. I called Ace in Canfield and they had one left. The young lady who answered the phone couldn't have been nicer. She held it until we got there and the young man who rang us up put it in our car. What a wonderful group of young people work there.”

“I had a variety of things on my list to buy as I was beginning a room makeover. Everything from cabinet handles, wall plates, curtain rods, paint, primer, brushes, etc. I thought I was going to have to go to a couple different stores to find everything I needed.I had items sitting in my Amazon shopping cart but wanted to start my project and not wait for shipping time. I'm glad I didn't order from Amazon! Surprisingly the prices at E&H Ace Hardware were better. Plus I had exceptional customer service. Their associates were there for me anytime I had a question for where to find the items on my list. (Vs a big box store where you can never find anyone!)I found everything I needed to complete my room renovation project for only $165. (I was estimating $200 so I came in under budget!)The only thing they couldn't do was send a guy home to help me. ??This is my new go-to place! Awesome experience! Great job everyone!”
