“Can not say enough about the staff at ppg, they are the best, I have asked them to match paint on many occasions for different jobs and they always come through.”

“I can’t say enough great things about the Salem Sherwin Williams store. Nick is a wonderful store manager who always greets me and my wife with a big smile and takes his time to help us with all of our home improvement projects. His service is outstanding. The other employees have also displayed wonderful customer service during our multiple visits to this location. It’s far superior to other stores we have visited. We highly recommend this store and will return in the future for any other painting needs.”
“Visited this Sherwin-Williams after a few sub-par experiences with customer service at another local location. I have to say, despite this one being a longer drive, I will always use it for my painting needs. The customer service was exceptional and quick, I told them exactly what I needed and they got it done. Some stores will try to discourage you and act like they know what's better for your project, but this store respects what you want, no questions asked.”

“Ace hardware employee (Richard) was extremely helpful fixing my son’s scooter today.
Thank you for taking time to explain things to my son as he watched you with curiosity.
Always a great experience at Columbiana Ace Hardware.”
