I asked twice about getting a home equity line of credit and both times the lady said she was going to get back to me or transfer me over to someone else that could help me. It's been over a month and they still haven't got back. At first they insulted me offering way less then I had in it, then they wouldn't explain a good reason for the price they offered. This bank is lousy, the women there would rather worry about talking about the men in the drive in, then helping the customers inside! Seen first hand!

I am giving Huntington Bank in Columbiana a five star. They have a great team there, and they are all customer service oriented. I had a problem that was serious. My pay direct deposit didn't come and Tina Guido (Relationship Banker) went out of her way to research and find the problem. The problem was the other bank not Huntington's. While I was there people came just to visit Tina she is so well liked. I am not a big business but she still cared. The other tellers and people in the bank showed compassion too, and helped me get a time slot because she was packed with appointments. I also had some help and coordination with Huntington's customer service and ACH team and they were great to me. I have no complaints honestly. I was so distressed because my pay was sent from another bank and somehow the file was cancelled by that bank by accident. It took persistence and kindness over 6 days to get the other bank to find out what the problem was. Great team at Huntington !! Thank you also for your early pay program too. !!

Went to the drive-thru. Responded by a representative as soon as we pulled up. They were very polite and ask if we needed anything else after we made our deposit.

I received more attitude than efficiency. Complete disregard to any of the issues addressed. Called and was sent to a voicemail with no call back.

I pulled up to the drive through at 5pm. There was a car still being helped and we pulled behind them. THEN the light was dipped to red. When the car in front of us finished, the woman inside told her to send the tube in, even though we were there in time. Not cool. They also take FOREVER to do anything, whether it be inside or at the drive through. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone.
