Bought a used gun from Kellner's, the trigger broke on it before I even had a chance to take it to the range. Not a big deal. I dropped it off to them to have it sent out for a repair at the manufacturer and it stayed there for over 30 days. I called twice to follow up to get a status, the first time was over two weeks later and I was told they were waiting to ship it out, the second time was over a month after and they were still waiting for a label from Smith and Wesson. After another week I went in to pick it up, and they were displeased with me when I asked for it back. They didn't say much to me after they set the gun down, they didn't apologize for the long wait or lack of contact to let me know what was going on. Really disappointed in my first gun purchase from this shop.

Another great transaction! These guys have class 3 and a great selection, what they don't have the can order. Cerakote, scope mounts, repairs... Great knowledge base and just good guys all around, highly recommended!

Fun small shop located on the back side of Columbiana. Has a decent amount of small parts to get you out of a pickle and can order pretty much anything as long as it is available. Has an indoor house simulation by appt.
