“I visited a few local farms and stores that sell freezer beef in bulk trying to find the best quality. I got the same cuts - ribeye, ground, and a strip. Cooked the steaks the same, very basic, just salt and pepper in a dry cast iron. The difference was clear, Burbick is something special. My wife, daughter, and I hadn't finished their ribeye before I started my bulk order. Going to pick it up today and I'm so excited!”

“Mr Harstine knows how to cut meat! What I truly like is that he will cut my ribeye steaks to my desired thickness! I like my ribeyes 1.75 inches thick! These grill up to a perfect medium rare EVERYTIME! Don't expect them to cut on demand. Please, use a bit of patience and order your cut if youre wanting a special cut. They'll cut it to your desired thickness and you can go back and pick up your order in a few days. We've been going there for about 2 years. At first I thought, wow, not very cheerful but oh how wrong I was! These people, they are the salt of the earth folks! They're not only friendly, they're very helpful and will answer all your questions! All you need to do is ask! Thank you to the Harstines and your crew!”
