The food and service are always top notch. Usually not too busy and easy to find a parking spot. Easily the best Pizza Hut that I’ve been to in the area.

Buffett lunch is well worth the money. I only eat salad and it's $4.00 husband eats pizza buffett. Waitress staff is on point

First of all we were glad that you were open on New Year’s Day that being said we ordered over a hundred dollars worth of food and 80% of It sucked.We got three large pizzas and 2 orders of honey bbq boneless wings and 2 pepperoni melts and a order of mozzarella garlic bread.We asked for extra cheese on the pizzas but didn’t get, two of the pizzas barely had any sauce on them and the wings were totally overcooked and tasted like burnt cardboard.The only thing that was edible were the pepperoni melts and the mozzarella garlic bread.

My wings weren't even buffalo mild it was some teriyaki type. And they gave me the wrong drink. Not happy. And waiter was not nice at all and he forgot a lot of things.

The Columbiana ohio location is easily the worst pizza hut location to order pizza from. The food is never cooked long enough leaving the crust doughy. And the sauce is always way too much making the pizza a sloppy mess. Even when I say under special instructions easy on the sauce and cook well done. I am leaving this review because it's not just a one time thing. This happens every time I order here. Maybe get some better quality employees or turn up the oven temp. So it actually cooks the food.... Gross!

If you want good pizza hut go to the salem location. The Columbiana location is terribly inconsistent. And most of the time they won't even cook your food long enough and serve you a doughy mess. I imagine it's a problem with management not caring about Thier job. I would fire them all and hire a whole new crew. Disgusting food.
