Love this place get in and out quickly! Dr. Skinner is the best doctor I have gone to by far he actually listens to what I say is going on and doesn't blow it off.

It take 6 weeks to get in to see Doctor Lennie so needless to say if there was a lower rating right now I'd give it the girls at the front desk generally had no idea what they're doing was transferred to four different people and could not get an appointment set up

If I could give a lower rating I would. I have called 30 times in 2 days to have my appt rescheduled after being in the hospital the day I was supposed to have my appt. While in the hospital I called 8 times and never got an answer. I have called 22 times today and still have yet to get someone to answer. I have left multiple voicemails and nothing back. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy.

The one in Columbiana is great. I never feel that they're just trying to get money from me. They take the time to figure out what the ailment is. If it's something that requires medicine, they get it to me, but they don't seem to just prescribe some pills and push me out the door - a problem I've had with other doctors in the past.

I'm here at Prima and its12:57. For some reason the lab closes at one today. The phlebotomist calls a patient in for blood work (or whatever procedure)and has the nerve to say. We are closing at one. The Male apologized and said he didn't know while hurrying in to get whatever he needs. How unprofessional and ignorant. It's 12:59 and he just walked out. Phew. The crew gets to leave. What a turn off

Generally my experience with prima is great. My physician is Dr. Kempe. He is a wonderful doctor. And so is prima healthcare. Although I had to go to express care today as I was unable to see him and had to see another doctor by the name Dr. Deist. I did not feel that he cared. Nor did his assistant care. She was very rude. Learn how to treat patients as you would like to be treated.

I was referred by a friend. I went. At window to check in. I was ask why I was there? I tolx them wheezing, swelled feet an ankles. An BP. I was told pay copay. Which I did. I was taken to a room. A DR/NP came in. He ask why I was there? I told him the samething. He was in the room 5min. He told me my issues were above what they could treat there. I would have to go to an actual Dr. Whuch I thought I had. Until that point. He was unfriendly an arrigant. He said or go to hosp. Were for things like cold, sore throat, flu. He walked out. I went to window an ask why I was put in room. An why did yoi take my copay. When you knew I wouldnt be treated. Dr said I was above the relm of what they can do here. She said thats what they do. I said he did nothing. She said he diagnosed you. I said what did he diagose me with? I told him what was goin on an I need a Dr to treat me. An he said I would have to go elsewhere. To a real Dr. Or hosp. I was ripped off.

Great staff, easy in and out and to the point. If you need a simple remedy, they are a great place to go. I am very happy with the service and the people where very friendly and helpful
