So after i had an evaluation done and all performance work they said i needed, my steering wheel was sideways. When i took it in to get an alignment they had told me that they weren't able to do it because i needed a tire rod end. I just paid to have work done and it wasn't even done. The evaluation is a joke whatever they happen to notice is what they right down and just give you some notes. They missed several things. After i called them back to talk with them to ask why not only is my car not fixed but how they missed it they said they would call me back, when they did they just hung back up. They even charged me 200 Dollars just to clear codes off my car which i did not ask them to do nor wanted done, i could have done it myself. After i got my back they told me that they fixed my engine light but before i even made it home it was back on. Save your time and money, either do it yourself or go to the "Saab Shop". The Saab Shop actually knows what they are talking about and are willing to help you understand what is really going on instead of just bleeding every last dollar you have.
