A2Z WINDOW TINTING!!!!!!!!!! This Place was AMAZING!!!! I took my car to get my windows tinted and they were GREAT BEYOND MEASURE. The entire staff was very, very knowledgeable and explained everything!!!! the different tint percentages, UV protection, and the benefits of how it can reduce heat and glare, also the safety aspect in the event of an accident window tint can help hold shattered glass to reduce the risk of injury. They also were very aware of the laws so you know before deciding on your tint level. I really appreciated their wealth of knowledge AND how great it was to know they have serviced the community for over 30 years!!!! to top it off the pricing for all of their services were SUPERB!!!! Thank you A2Z for you outstanding services

I have been coming to A2Z for about 10 years. They have done 3 of my cars all 10/10 service. They take excellent care of me! I have referred friends and family here. They are top notch and follow up if I ever have any issues. They are friendly, kind, and always take care of customers thru the time here. I never take my cars anywhere else.

A2z window tinting was a great experience. The prices are affordable and the service was excellent. It was done 40 minutes faster than they said. I have already booked appointments for my other vehicle and my spouse vehicle. #1 hands down. Highly recommend!!

I wish I read the reviews before I came here. I wish I could give this place a ZERO. Terrible customer service. I came to get my car windows tinted. Everything was working in my car just fine before I got here. I should have heeded the red flag when he mentioned a cosmetic imperfection about my car that I was already aware of but he was being condescending. I thought it was out of bounds but gave him the benefit of the doubt. After he was done with my window s, he pulled the car out and when I got in my car, I realized that my radio was no longer working. He and that receptionist girl claimed that the window tint had nothing to do with my radio and of course. CLEARLY. However, my car radio was working perfectly fine before I came here to get my car windows tinted. I am extremely disappointed in the service provided. They were very condescending and patronized me about my car and spoke to me as if I was a child or incompetent. AND all the while under the guise of “kindness” they tried to gaslight me for being upset. He refused to give me a refund after I asked. I asked him to remove the tint so I could get my money back and he refused & claimed I wanted service for free. HOW? If I’m asking for you to remove the tint. I refuse to pay for service that was unsatisfactory & to be talked down and cursed at when I’ve been nothing but respectful. Learn some empathy and customer service or your business will forever struggle which makes sense why he did not want to remove the tint & refund my money. I am extremely disappointed. SAVE YOUR COINS AND GO ELSEWHERE! He is sexist and prejudice. Worst tint business in Columbus!

I called to have him do my tint over because it had faded. He gave my a hard time , so I just went to Lamont, and paid him. I advise people not to go there.
