My daughter and I attended Natalie Jane at this venue, and the small atmosphere was wonderful for her first big concert out of state. Natalie put on a great performance. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was good. A nice merchandise table, and clean bathrooms. We will attend another concert at this venue.Parking: I recommend arriving early and parking in the lot adjacent to the music bar. The fee was $5.00 for a day, and there was a security guard.Kid-friendliness: My daughter felt comfortable at this location. An open area with well ventilated standing area. Seating also available near the pizza place inside.Wheelchair accessibility: There was a wheel chair accessible entrance and the bathrooms are also wheelchair accessible.

The venue was more than we expected. Nicely set up though more seating would be nice. They have late night slice pizza available and a pleasant non confrontational staff available to serve you.Parking: It is a paid parking lot so pay or you will be ticketed. 22.00 for 12 or 24 hrs. So that is a bit of a drag since most shows are 1.5 hrs. Maybe prorated would be nicer

Went here because we were informed by an employee that u can wait in line for Kemba inside the bar so we got to have a drink, listen to some music and chill for a few hours while we waited for our concert. We had fast passes as well and an employee from Kemba comes and lets u in to the venue the same time as the people waiting outside in line. Also our highlight was the bartender Kenny who made my friends and I really cool drinks and they were only $10 he was super nice and friendly thanks Kenny ?

If you see that a band you like is playing here, follow the tour to the next stop. This is not a great room for bands. I've been here a few times. About half the crowd can fit in front of the stage. The rest are tripping over each other in the traffic area in front of the bar trying to see around the columns. I used to go stand near the front on the side of the stage but they don't allow the crowd over there anymore. You could literally put the stage anywhere else in the room and improve the place. It's cozy and the sound is okay so if you don't expect a large crowd it would be fine. For The Record Company we would have had to arrive when doors open and stand in our space for four hours to maintain a spot where we could see the band.Promowest has a number of good venues. This isn't one of them. I don't like to show up two hours early just so I can see the band. I'll take a venue like The Newport where you can see well from nearly everywhere. A&R is a poorly conceived, poorly laid out, inhospitable, uncomfortable mess. I'm a veteran of hundreds of concerts and I'll choose a different venue next time. The columns make this room a challenge. Promowest has figured out how to lay the room out in possible they worst way.In my experience, if you walk into a venue and have to walk by the stage to get in...you're not in a great room. Add five or six columns that perfectly sit between half your audience and the center of the stage and it's a recipe for a bad experience. See my picture for an example of what you're in for.

Great venue. Staff always cool. Great spot to go. Bathrooms kept up and space is great for shows! Parking easy too!

First time visit to the venue was for Emo night. Smaller in size, so makes for a good view at any spot but also a little crowded. I would attend other shows here, though, so definitely a cool spot.

Was going to buy tickets, but the venue charges a 20 "service" fee. No thanks. I'll see the show somewhere else.

Love the music they bring in which will keep me coming back, but the bar options are the worst!!!

Saw an amazing show here last night - great energy in a sold-out Des Rocs show! Great sound and atmosphere. Very easy to get to from out of town, with close parking. Been to a couple shows here and had a great experience!

Wouldn't recommend any artist that has a following play here. It's not made to enjoy a show at all. Restrooms are a joke... 2 single use for over 300 people.... I don't understand how it's a venue at all.Wheelchair accessibility: Don't plan on going unless you are in the prime of life and no disabilities whatsoever.

My husband has limited mobility and the staff was so kind and helpful getting him in and out of the building safely and easily

Thoroughly enjoyed the venue tonight, seeing Noah Gundersen. I drove in from Cincinnati, unsure what to expect. The staff is friendly, and helpful. They had no issue providing me with disability seating, which was very appreciated. My disabilities are not visible to the naked eye and sometimes I will get slack asking for accommodations but they didn't even look at me twice. They just did it and were kind about it. I would definitely come back to the venue. Thank you A&R.
