I bought a 2005 Volkswagen Jetta from them about 4 years ago and it still runs great. I’ve sent many friends to them and they love their cars too. I highly recommend this dealership!

Every negative thing I've heard about used car salesmen can be summed up from my experience with this dealer. I bought a beetle from this place a few months ago. I feel like I've been had. I get that it's my responsibility to check some things out and I learned my lesson. It was a pretty good price so I expected to have some repairs in the near future. What disappointed me was the outright lies. Never again will I buy a car without checking the oil. It was actually advertised as having a fresh oil change. LIE. The windows didn't work. He said he had ordered the parts and would send them to me when they came in. After a month I called him and asked him when he would send them. They never came. LIE. Just now getting the window fixed by a vw dealer. $1,100.00. That's because the parts for this particular beetle are just not available from after market dealers. For other beetle models yes, but not this one. They had an Amerivan flag in the advertisement so I took that at face value that these folks were honest. I think they might be communists preying on unsuspecting, hardworking patriots. Hope they sleep well at night cause the life after isn't going to be good. A note to the seller. Change your ways and start caring about your customers.

I bought a subaru for and it the best car I ever had it’s came supper clean I have had no issues with it I have had this car for 1 month its very affordable Andy and Mindy were very good to work with I have a 5 cars best on yet

I’m very shocked to read some of these reviews left by others. I purchased a VW Jetta from Andrew around February of this year and it was the most pleasant, honest, comfortable car buying experience I’ve ever encountered. Of course I realized upon making an appointment with Andrew, I was setting myself up to view and test drive a used car. Andrew’s description of the car listed online also indicated it was a used car. I knew to expect imperfections along the way as the car was almost 10 years old. I couldn’t have made a better decision purchasing a car from AA Auto Sales and from Andrew. After reading some of the reviews left for AA Auto Sales, I’m disappointed with the expectations the public has while searching the market for a used vehicle. I highly recommend AA Auto Sales and I’ll most certainly support my small local businesses by being a return customer in the very near future! Thank you for your services Andrew!

Very dishonest dealer... tries to rectify his misleadings by offering deals on the parts you will need to repair the car. Car buying is stressful enough without having to deal with dishonest people.

Back in September, I was in an accident which me left without a vehicle. I looked around and narrowed it down to two choices a 2009 Jetta or a Honda Civic. I went the Jetta because my previous car was a Jetta previously.I met with Andrew at AA AUTO Sales and test drove the Jetta on Saturday. It rode nice and handled pretty well. I went back the following Monday to buy it. and The first few days everything was fine. Until I had an oil change, the dealership found both axles were ripped, there was an oil leak and the brakes were worn down. Andrew was notified and he said he didn't know about it and that the dealership was just probably trying to get money and that is common with Jettas. That same week the break light came on. I had a trusted mechanic check it out and they confirmed the axles were shot and the brakes were very worn down.Again, Andrew was notified and offered his discounts for the parts (breaks/axle). After having that solved. The next week the check engine light came on and it turned out it needed a tune up (said either coils/tune up).Andrew has had a answer for every problem but the right answer. I was sold a problem car. Every week since I bought the car ,September 28th, I've had to replace something. I will say he did make it right helping with his discount for parts. BUT If you are thinking of getting a car from AA auto sales get the car thoroughly inspected and test drive it more than once just to make sure it's a solid car.I rushed due to my busy lifestyle and bought an expensive problem

Do not buy from this place. I bought a 2007 Jetta and test drove it on the highway and went up to about 70-80mph and it was driving great during the test drive. As soon as I purchased the car and drove it off the lot the check engine light came on. As soon as I started going onto the highway the check engine light started blinking and the engine started to shake and the car wouldn’t go over 30mph. I took it to Motorkars and they told me I would need a new transmission. I had to put over $2000 in to fix my car not even a week after I purchased it. The dealer said that the car came with a warranty but when I called the warranty company they said the warranty was not valid to use on that car. I advise people to not buy from here. My car turned out to be way more money than I thought it would be and it was a huge headache.

Brought a car from AA 3 hrs ago it's in the shop right now the brakes fell apart when they took them of the emergency brake didn't work the Ac worked for 10 mins wipers problem needed antifreeze the air only works on four everything things breaks 1hr after you leave and by the way no key for the rims more money and there's more the gas gauge broke he said he put Freon in the AC to work for 10 mins needs a compressor brake calipers bad, and he would not gives use to fan moter until I take this post down

I have purchased 3 vehicles from AA Auto Sales and I'll never go anywhere else. Andy is great. He goes above and beyond and I love the cars I've bought from him. They've all been good running cars and needed hardly anything.
