Excellent customer service. William and Brittany will make the repair process extremely simple and stress free. They will work with your insurance company to get the repairs completed quickly, tow your car if needed, and set up a rental. AA Collision Repair at 2434 W. Broad Street will treat you like family. I have been in Columbus OH for 36 years and I will always refer customers to William. I am a Human Resources Manager for a home health care agency; I take pride in making our employees and clients feel like family. Thank you, William and Brittany and the rest of the staff. You provided outstanding customer service to me on the day before the Thanksgiving. I appreciate you all. I almost forgot to mention that my car looked like it was freshly painted. Initially, I had an estimate from another repair shop. William made sure the work was completed the correct way. He even took the time to replace the pin stripe.

I was referred to AA Precision and it was the best referral I could’ve ever gotten! The staff was so help with every step of the process! They were so nice and friendly as well! The work that was performed was exactly like their name! I would give the work done an A+
All I can say is thank you guys so much!!! I’m adding an after photo, my back passenger trunk had a really big dent! It looks like new! I will definitely be referring any of my friends and family here if they ever need any work done!!!!

This is not a review about the workmanship or the quality of the finished product. My car's been there for 3 weeks now closing in on 4. I've called about 3 times in this span. There's a saying that you don't get what you pay for sometime you get what you wait for I hope that's true in my case. Because at this point it's close to bein disrespectful or maybe disregard. Maybe I'm not important enough but I'm sure my insurance company has paid the bill already so I guess we'll wait and see......[update] I eventually received my car. It was repaired to my liking. I was do it would receive a detail and be showroom shiny it wasn't, but that's not important as the workmanship and quality service which I waited for and received. Solid job guys ? ?

The place is a scam and will go under.. They accepted my car got the insurance $$money and didn't fix my car it's been 2 years still sitting there!!!!
