Got my rear brakes changed in April. I do travel Healthcare for a living so my car is my life blood. I'm in California, 10 months later, approximately 16k miles and guess who needs new rear pads?? If they were even decent they should have been good for 45-50k miles!! I've used this shop since they were over on 3rd, never again!!
Post review, so customer service reached out to me and said they wanted to make this right. I sent them the receipt to for the new brakes and all my information. They ghosted me, and took zero steps to make this right. Again rear brakes failed at 16k miles! Terrible!

You are told after you purchase a plus membership. That it won't go in effect for 7 days. They give you a basic membership for a week, then 51 weeks of what you pay for. They also add on a joining fee even if you had triple AAA for over 10 years. Nice worker, but wasted $30 on add on fee's.

Yesterday I requested service for a tow to the tire shop for a replacement. My address was accurate. This was around 1p. The ETA was 4p. The serviceman ended up showing up around 2:45p. Never received a call or text or tracking link. Thankfully my dogs began barking when they heard someone in front of the house. I looked outside and it was the serviceman turning down a side street; which I assumed was to make a turnaround for a better pickup. My husband went out there to greet the guy. He drove off right passed him. Next thing I know we have a notification on the app saying job complete- address can’t be found. I have the camera footage from Vivint of the guy claiming to not be able to find the address and he was right in front. How could you not have seen my husband or the big truck reported. Needless to say we had to place another request and by the time the serviceman shows up all of the tire shops are closed. I’ve been with AAA 3yrs but will be canceling my service after this trial is up. Blatant liars.

Took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and to diagnose a check engine light. I was told a service rep would call or text about the diagnosis. No call/Text about when I could pick up the car. Got a ride to the shop and was told all work was done. After I let the ride go the service manager then mentioned there was no oil change or tire rotation done. When I complained about the work not being done and no communication he said they were busy. I've used this shop ( including the previous location on 3rd Avenue) for 10 plus years. Not again

Wow! The team at the AAA Grandview location is fantastic! My cars issues were handled promptly and my car is running so smooth! The manager Mike is so friendly and knowledgable. He explained everything and looked up alternative options to get me the best deal. Stellar service!

I've been taking my car to this location for the past 11 years. I needed new gaskets and spark plugs and made an appointment for some work to be done. When I arrived at 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning to drop off my car, they told me they could not find my appointment in the computer but would be able to "fit me in". I knew this was going to be a 5-6-hour job and knew my car wasn't going to be done the same day just by Jordan's response. They didn't even have my scheduled appointment in the computer but left my car and told me to keep me updated.
Never heard anything on Saturday, obviously they are closed on Sunday. And gave them a call midday on Monday to check the status. I was told, " it should be done today". Again, I asked just to be communicated with and keep me updated so I could make arrangements to get to work.
Never heard anything Monday, never heard anything Tuesday so called back on Wednesday midday.
Again, told " it should be done today".
Never heard anything Wednesday, never heard anything Thursday so called back Friday midday.
That's when I was told my car had not even been started on.
I have had wonderful experiences when Steve was still working at this location, but apparently there's some new changes taking place. I told them since I was lied to for 6 days and and my car hadn't even been started, I would pick it up and take it somewhere else and never be back. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life!
After all of the problems I had for 6 days, just finding out what the status was, I can only imagine what kind of shoddy work they're going to do.
That was a $1,000 job that you guys just lost out on and you have now lost a customer for life!

STAY FAR AWAY!!! Horrible!
I am compelled to express my utter disgust with the abysmal service I received at your establishment.
It took over two days—two entire days—to perform the simple task of changing a tire. As if that weren’t bad enough, your team had the audacity to recommend unnecessary repairs and maintenance, revealing either gross incompetence or a deliberate attempt to scam customers. Hidden warranties? Unacceptable. Customer service? Nonexistent. I was constantly left on hold, wasting my time while your team floundered.
The icing on this disaster? Your staff suggested I replace my transmission fluid, claiming it was dirty—only to admit later that no one had even checked it. Instead, they made this baseless recommendation purely off mileage. This level of dishonesty and negligence is beyond shameful.
On top of all this, I doubt my 10% discount was applied, further confirming that your operation is either woefully mismanaged or intentionally deceitful. I will be reporting this disgraceful behavior to the Better Business Bureau and leveraging my legal insurance to ensure accountability.
Your business is a scam, plain and simple.

My car was at the Grandview facility for 5 days for what was ultimately hypothesized to be a bad battery connection. Communication from the shop was abysmal; calls and texts were not returned or ignored, and I was without a car for nearly a week. Incredibly frustrating, very poor service, and I still don’t know that they have gotten to the root of the problem.

J.clayborn was my salesperson?? Or Michael Doan either one was terrible this hole experience was terrible since September I’ve been dealing with AAA and there unskilled team which I know they have every mechanic that just got out of school trying to figure out what terrible company he/she works for.. but so I loose my keys at osu and western Michigan game sept 8th but the tow was done on September 10th but didn’t have key to car so they was advised by one of their own AAA that a truck with a dolly needed to come so another truck comes without dolly’s and says the only way he can get the car on his truck is drag it I allow him too cause he said HE HAD TOO so what am I suppose to do he is the professional so we thought! He gets it to my house and he’s got my car strapped to the bed by the wheels and the axe is two feet from its original position the goofy mike at the front said oh we can fix it rn two days after it sat there and my grandpa even went to tow it to another location on his dime but oh Mike called saying it was almost done now I take my car in for alignment three months later because every part is failing I felt like so I sent it to where the work was done at and because they know theirs a wheel bearing bad but now say my rear frame is rotting out and it’s to dangerous to go on to a lift now I live in Ohio where in January and February they lay salt down if it been after winter maybe they could of pulled that but it’s not even been the beginning of winter no salt is been laid down and now they wanna act if they ain’t some mafia style mechanic shop my grandparent was with AAA TWENTY YEARS A MEMBER AN GET TREATED LIKE THIS SAVE UR MONEY FOR A TOW IF U USE IT ONLY FOR ROAD SIDE ANYWAY THOUGHT I LET EVERYONE KNOW WHAT KINDA SHOW THEY RUN PEACEFULLY PROTEST I THINK SO

Dropped my car off for a 9am appointment, and told it “would only be a couple hours”. Called back at 4pm and they haven’t even started, nice way to treat AAA members.

Replaced tires here and they not tighten lug nuts. Wheel almost came off. Avoid this place and their sloppy dangerous work.

If I could give - 0 star, I would right now... First off these people had my car for 2 days! They messaged me towards the end of day 1 saying they were dealing with many tow ins and couldn't get to my car and would be finished the next day. I call around 3pm day 2 and they hadn't even touched it yet and had no idea why it was even there. Miscommunication, but never attempted to contact me to ask.... But they would now get on it and it'd be ready for me at closing. Free oil change next time for inconvenience.. When I finally went to get in my car I was repulsed to find grease and whatever else smeared all over the inside of my light grey interior. Absolutely disgusted with their service I complained to the one person left there for the day but she only offered that I bring it back for them to clean the next day... Never brought me any paper towels to sit on, nothing. I was was still trying to clean up what I could when she left. She wouldn't even look at me on her way out as she pulled out of the parking spot next to me.
And pretty sure they didn't fix my brakes. Charged me for the job but didn't do a thing with them... I basically paid them $400 to destroy the inside of my car.
Update: they also spilled brake fluid down the outside of my car taking off the polish I had done recently. Now I need an exterior to fix too!

Had to have my car towed in and drove out the next day. Excellent staff and reliable, honest and friendly staff.
