I was told on the phone early in the morning I can get a oil change then when I go up there, all the spots are filled if they can’t service somebody at the time they could just say that if they’re busy and can’t take more customers, they should just be able to say that I feel like I went up there for nothing

On May 1st at 2:30 in the morning, after dropping my vehicle off the day before on April 30th at 9:30am at Aamco my vehicle was stolen from them. I called around 2:30pm that afternoon to check on the status of the repair and the owner Jay told me it was some type of electrical module that needed replaced for the all wheel drive system. Then Jay asked me for my warranty info to verify if they could do the work. Jay called me back an hour later and tells me that my vehicle was stolen! So Im wondering how he would know what was wrong with the vehicle if they werent able to diagnose the vehicle because it was already gone? The keys were left inside and the cops told me it seemed as if it was inside Job. Due to the fact that the surveillance footage showed the thief walked right up to my vehicle and got in and drove off! Didn't check any other vehicles to see if they were unlocked to try and steal anything from inside them or steal the vehicle itself. Just my 2014 Dodge Durango RT that had extremely low milage and was in phenomenal condition! It's been over a month now and all they've done was pay off the vehicle from the lender and that's it. I've lost out on all the money that I've paid in interest, taxes, trade in for the vehicle that I traded in to get the vehicle. The items that I had inside the vehicle, such as clothing, shoes, tools, headphones, and Tax papers. I know some of you might ask well why would I have left that stuff in there! All I have to say is, is that I definitely didn't expect for the people that worked there to have my vehicle set up to be stolen. So since I have recently decided to quit working for other people and decided to work for myself, I am not able to sign on my own behalf for a vehicle with out proof of income. So now I'm not only left without a vehicle but I had personal items that amount up to a decent amount of money that they refuse to compensate me for! Word to the wise, don't have a nice vehicle that they need or could use a part from because clearly they'll have something done to it. Have already contacted the BBB and am still waiting to hear if there's anything else that I could possibly have done to help me get back anything of what I lost.

Regardless of the encouragement of you asking them to furnish me a rental, I should be entitled to a rental because you and the people you have working for you allowed or as i see it had my vehicle to be stollen! Sorry just isn't going to cut it when my family and I don't have a vehicle and the amount of money that I have lost out on in the fiasco. You should have done a better job of making sure people's property were secure. Knowing your location should make you want to double or even triple check to make sure things like that don't happen. I hope this review reaches people and that they question theirs elves about bringing their vehicle to your establishment before they do and something like this happens to them. What's really crazy about you is that this was the first time you've actually said sorry about this whole situation until I made the review! While you tried to ensure that it wasn't an inside Job never once did you say sorry!

My experience with AAMCO! They were professional, friendly and honest. The engine light came on my vehicle so I started looking for a shop to have a diagnostic check. There’s no charge for diagnostic check there that saved me lots of money. They repaired the Knock Sensor Harness/ Manifold Gasket. They did a great job! Thank you Jay for replacing another part that you didn’t charge me for. I recommend using them as your auto repair shop.

Jay is very helpful, understanding, and very knowledgeable! Definitely recommend this Aamco location for service. Him and his crew get the job done above the standard than most places do in my opinion. Look forward and trust to have my vehicles serviced here in the future especially with transmission issues!!

Was having trouble with my car.wasn’t sure if it was the transmission.Jay and his team looked it over and called me to let me know it wasn’t my transmission, but wiring that had gone bad to my transmission . They fixed it and my car is working great.? Would HIGHLY recommend them. And will definitely go to them again.

Calling these guys “professional” would be a far stretch. If you’re looking to fix problems with your transmission, I would say that this may be a good place to go. For anything else though, I wouldn’t trust them. They can’t even seem to do an oil change properly. For anything else besides your transmission issues, I’d go to Van Dynes right down the road from them.
