This company is not reliable and does not come through as they promised,it my opinion to not use this company....very dissatisfied with their service......Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!

Called them to get a quote and the original quote that I received was different from what they ended up charging. They contacted me 4 times to confirm my move, twice on the day of my move which was at 9 am. They were very unprofessional and late to the appointment. When told that they were being unprofessional the man started raising his voice. Would not recommend using these movers.

I have enjoyed the moving services of the Aaron Allen Moving Company for 5 different moves through the past 20 years. They have been respectful, friendly and very professional. However, the last move I made was totally difference from what I had expected. Slowness in loading the truck, and upon arrival in Columbus, moving in took longer than it ever had in the past. I discovered that furniture had been banged up, scratched, and damaged. One carton clearly marked, never made it to my apartment. I saw it loaded into the truck and it never appeared. Unfortunately, it contained expensive music scores, books of great sentimental value, photo albums, CDs and Met Opera DVDs. Sum total of the contents were priceless. The day that I moved, I was very sick, and really left the moving up to the "professionals". The next day I couldn't find said carton. I took the loss very hard. Calling the Company, they said that there was nothing on the truck that hadn't been moved and that they weren't responsible. They certainly were responsible and were rude about my inquiry. A cherished part of a performing career and my life was lost that day, and it will never be replaced. I cannot recommend Aaron Allen if this has become the acceptable way of moving possessions of others.
