The manager there was extremely rude!! She didn’t want to help us in any kind of way and when we asked her questions she had an attitude. We ended up getting a two seat sofa tho for a good price they had on sale. The delivery drivers did NOT knock on my door or rang my doorbell, instead they sat in their truck and I had to go to their driver window. I wouldn’t have known they were there unless my boyfriend didn’t call the store and talk to the manager, even then the manager was rude once again telling me to hurry up and answer the door and that’s when I had to go to the truck and wave at them because neither of them knocked. It was the worse service I ever had. Definitely going to another location next time

I'm in complete disgust with Aaron's of columbus ohio. After 3 weeks of phone calls To the district manager Jeff and also to the store manager brandy at South high I am still unable to get a used couch delivered 3 miles away from the store with the only explanation of the store only has 2 workers & they're short staffed due to the economy.

If you rent something don't let it go back and then pick up where you left off with your payment I did and was a mistake what they gave me in return was all scratched up when my original one was clean and in good shape Made '23 on Time payments they did pay the last payment I thank you for that was going to rent a living room outfit don't know now.

I wanted to leave this review on the Eakin Road location; however they have closed and moved here. My partner and I were really hesitant to use Aaron’s, but we decided to give them a try back in December for a washer and dryer unit. I should’ve known right off the bat that they were going to be unprofessional because the old lady working the at the sales room referred to her problem customer as “retards”. It was a little strange, but we still went ahead and moved forward. When the technicians came and plugged in our equipment they shorted our fuse box causing sparks to fly out, we let that go as well, thinking it could have been an honest mistake.
Well the mistakes never end, at the beginning of the month our washer stopped spinning, so we gave them a call. A technician came out to meet my fiancé. At first, the technician said it possibly was due to the tumbler having issues. He noticed the floor was wet. Yes, we had a small flood due to our sump pump having issues, but the flood NEVER touched the washer or dryers. So he changed his mind and decided that it was from the flood without looking at any of our evidence. They placed the blame on us saying our contact does not cover any damages “by the act of God.” I’m sorry, but our sump pump having issues is not “God” besides I don’t even believe in a God so why is that in a legal contract is beyond me. Why have a warranty if half of the issues are going to be regarded as an issue “under God”. Sounds like a sneaky way to get more money in my opinion.
My partner was supposed to receive a call from their regional manager LAST week, so he called them on Monday to tell them to take their faulty material, and they refuse. The lady on the phone said the regional manager would call, yet here we are again with no call. At this point they can just come get our crap. We’ve never been late on the payments or anything so their dismissiveness is rather annoying. We will never do business with Aaron’s, or probably any leasing service, ever again. Every step of the way was riddled with terrible customer service and a lack of professionalism. To Aaron’s, we will not be making anymore payments so please just come get your garbage. Thank you!

Horrible!!!!!Christian need to be taught something about costumer service and there warranty service sucks I don't know where to begin but dryer motor went out sent out tech he said we need to take this to our shop 2 weeks go by I call we will put it on the schedule for 4 two days later ok they show up at 11 I said I'm at work he said ok we can come back at 4 six o'clock rolls around NO one shows up called store next day said we were there No Show my cameras can prove that so I called him a lier set up for pick up 2 days later calls me back and says we can't cover this under warranty. Now mind you I have made many purchases with arrons but this one here got because this is part of your contract you pay for over 10yr costumer never to return great Job you did it with shifty costumer service good job especially to Christian and you customer service hot line don't call me when you dont get payment I have to pay to fix my dryer

Great business to work with all kinds of specials and most of all there when you need them when your tv or appliance goes out at home reasonable payments and payment plans would always consider them when your stuck in a tight spot
