I Went across the street to rent a center and was able to buy everything I needed for 60% cheaper than I would have spent at Aaron’s. Although I was denied my initial purchase I understood they had policies in place. I attempted to go back to Arron’s after finishing up at rent a center just to buy a carpet and a few other things that would have kept me well under the limit the manager stated was their policy but unfortunately the store manager said he will not sell anything to me because I was being argumentative. The store manager needs customer service retraining as I did not speak out of tone or use any derogatory language during either occasion. I only asked for clarification on their policy so I could have an actual understanding of it for the future. Was I a little irritated that I was denied? Yes! I was who wouldn’t be after spending an hour in a retail location only to be denied but I never directed that towards the manager. A great manager would have some sort of problem solving skills or be more understanding of the situation and ask his higher ups for a solution or Leniency. I am a state director for a MSO for two states and if an employee provided the service that I received at Arron’s to one of our customers they would receive customer service retraining or termination of employment depending on the severity of the situation. Overall I feel like this policy was brought up because I am a younger guy and was paying for all of my furniture in full and he thought I was some kind of scammer.

my boyfriend ordered a couch and tv from here, very helpful and nice staff in the store, let us switch the couch we had picked out for another to be delivered earlier. only negative which is a big negative to us and that I can’t wrap my head around, is they could not manage to get the couch into the room that we wanted because it wouldn’t fit the way they tried. They ended up placing it in the one room we did NOT want. after doing it OURSELVES on our own, it’s now exactly where we asked for it to be :) I understand difficult angles, making it hard to place such furniture, but us as customers got it up the stairs just fine, it’s now where we want it. Nice couch, good people, not the best delivery super disappointed we had to do it ourselves, walls also damaged with consent but we managed to do it without touching any walls ….. we do appreciate the effort they gave.

So I called in on a Tuesday and spoke to Jacob Pierce, who was very helpful and also put the items that I asked about on hold so no one else could come in there and buy them and on Friday I went in and and met Glenn Bishop who started helping me because Jacob was already with someone else and he also was wonderful so we’re the delivery man, but I don’t know their names

The employees where very helpful delivery duo where very nice and kind , but the bed I got out from there that I finally received last week I believe , is extremely uncomfortable I have slept on it about 2 times what can I do , because the price I would say is fair the customer service was great the bed is just to uncomfortable I have only slept on it 2 times if say since I got it last week , I need some kind of help because I don't mind giving it back but I do mind paying for something I'm not even using and is taking to much space I been in my new apartment sleeping on the couch while my king size mattress is in the bed room

The wonderful year's I've spent renting from Aaron's. The staff were very friendly, kind and respectful. Worked well with my Son and I on any occasions that may had occurred. Will always come back and select items that suits are needs. Thank you Aaron's for your time and support .
