They will leave you on hold on the phone have no courtesy to the customer left on hold for a hour straight and hung up on me. I’m a very good customer to Aaron’s and they treat you like this not gonna be shopping here ever again

Typical bait and switch they advertise a dollar down
but of course they’re trying to get another payment from me the whole idea of the dollar down is to get customers but they do the same thing the car dealers do get down payment try to get some money.
So when I realised that they were misleading on why would I do business? Bad reputation well deserved.

The manager of this store is extremely rude. The best is José, the boy who always treats us very kindly. The manager seems to treat the employees badly.
